The staff repair man he was awesome . Aida awesome super helpful will to make your stay the best stay ever I give her a 10 I loved her great attitude and always cleaning and disinfecting front desk/office. Loved Upaul he was awesome the best you asked him for anything ... You got it ... Any issues he handled it that a true professional that's why he's the manager the main Man. Upaul gets a 10 rating from me love you ur the best period!

Well there wasn't enough lighting for me that is. The number 1 thing for any one staying long term... This hotel only allows you 28 days max no exceptions!!! I hated this and tried to go along with this maximum 28 day stay. I found no other hotel that I could find in a 50 mile radius that I would stay at had the maximum of 28 day stay. So ultimately while I waited for my house loan to go thru and left and went somewhere else that didn't force me to leave after 28 days. Other than this I called the Ramada my Home until I bought a residential home to call home. Peace out I still have nothing but love for all the great employees I call my friends and got to know like a family. Great place to stay as long as you don't max your time there.

I liked that the room had two separate rooms. The kids were able to have an area. It was easier to get ready when traveling with multiple people. The room has a fridge and microwave - that is definitely a plus, especially when traveling with kids. The beds were comfy.

I didn't like that no one answered the front desk for towel requests. We had to call the phone number from the website to request towels and had to wait for the person to get to the office to get them. On comfort level- there were not enough pillows.

The beds are super comfy and clean. I really enjoyed sleeping on that mattress lol. The bathrooms are also very clean and large. I asked for a quiet/secluded room because I was there for an important study trip. They were very considerate and placed me in a very quiet, peaceful room and I'm very grateful!

I think the blankets were too thin and not warm enough, even for California. The breakfast is "included" but there is almost nothing for breakfast, besides toasts and muffins.

My stay was great here at the Wyndham hotel. I received friendly hospitality from the gentleman at the front desk He reminded me of the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was very filling and the aroma was amazing giving the overall stay of the hotel 200 points out of 100 in my book. The beds are very comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. My room was very spacious making me feel like a king in my own domain.

Nothing very chill atmosphere, neighbors where very quiet, surrounding environment was very secure,

What's to say I love it here so much. I went out of my way free of charge for everybody to be comfortable,, I fix there ice machine on the 3rd at 10:30pm on 4/30/2022. Yes that's right no charge for Free so all guest will be able to enjoy a cold refreshing beverage. The staff the manager there Great! If you need anything? Just ask the manager or the staff. There up and running 24hrs a day. Enjoy the Ramada,. I may even fix the one on the second today 5/01/2023? Wish me luck, I spent 10hrs yesterday to fix the ice machine. I fell great about helping my fellow man and woman or women and man where all equal. So peace and love to all. Have a great Cinco de mayo!!!!

There willingness to provide and to do there very best to get it done. Want to go on vacation? Need a hotel? Book a Ramada in Ontario.

It was a nice short walk to the convention centre at much less cost than the Doubletree. The staff were very friendly and the heating worked well.

The lobby closed after breakfast so you could not even get hot water for tea. Also the water pressure in the sink was too high so often splashed out of the sink. Finally, it would have been nice to include fresh fruit with the breakfast.

The place is about 10 minutes from the Ontario airport so it’s really convenient for travelers. Also less than a minute from an In-N-Out so that was a plus.

The place is cheap for a short stay, but I don’t think it would be somewhere I stay for a long amount of time (I stayed for 1 night). The walls are very thin so you could hear loud neighbors and everyone that is walking around near your door. The heater is also loud so don’t turn that on if you’re a light sleeper. The bathroom, parking, and bed space is mid, not luxurious or anything but you get what you paid for since this place is relatively cheap.

I enjoyed my stay the room was clean I like that it had a fridge and microwave, plenty of space I stayed with two friends it was a two queen bed room which was nice. Everything worked fine (: plenty of parking if not on the property you can park on the street which isn’t far at all.

Price could be at little more competitive. Other than that all was great.

Price could be a little more competitive with the surrounding hotels. But they are the only one that offers 2 queen beds so good looking out.
