Araceli the lead guest service lady was always friendly and helpful. There were a few others that were just as helpful and professional, I just didn't get their names. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and anything that I needed, was provided. All I had to do is ask. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Not having the breakfast room on weekends. Even if just open for 2-3 hrs for the early risers. When it's still 80-90 deg. at 6pm. They should at least leave the pool open at least until 8. Not close it at 6pm.

friendly staff, good rooms. clean rooms would Like to say the Gentleman that was working the shift on Saturday around 8 to 10 pm was so helpful and really great there were no luggage cart and he came to our room and helped my husband take down our stuff I have a injury in my leg which prevents me from walking around so much.

not happy Pool was closed at 6 my daughter was not able to enjoy that. Friday night was not good at all next door neighbors were extremely loud hitting walls Screaming we were inform others complained but nothing was done till around 6 or 7 am instead when it actually happened that was around 2 or 3 am. fue to that situation my daughter was scared and crying as she is autistic. this Happened in Room 420 we were staying in room 422. Closets inside room are way to small nothing fits in them. iron board suck way to small and bad quality

The breakfast is very good and varied. Even if you stay for many days, the variety of foods will meet your needs. Tim from the front desk is exceptional! He was very helpful, extremely attentive, and friendly. Just approach him, and he will assist you with a big smile!

The apartment is cleaned every three days. It didn't seem like a good idea to me.

Aesthetics: attractive spaces and room, with attention to details such as a bowl of Easter eggs on the cabinet at the elevators. Comfort: not the fanciest sheets, but very clean beds with decent mattress and pillows; the room temp is easily regulated and air felt fresh (not stuffy), plus the windows open. Good water pressure and products in the bathroom; good choices at breakfast, a 24-hr small gym; fresh cookies at check in; friendly staff.

The room mini-fridge did not work.

Everything was great. Great breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, even hot cocoa. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that you could park underground and that it was well lit there.

The only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower. It was not good at all, they need better showerheads to improve the water pressure. That's the only reason I didn't rate it a 10.

It was close to my event. The staff was pleasant, professional and very accommodating. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

The halls didn't smell fresh once stepping off elevator. Had trouble getting back in hotel from my event(tried using the key card but didn't work) so even though I parked in back, i had to walk to the front.The pillows are too soft.

I though the attendant of the breakfast shouldn't close the door on breakfast when she observed guest coming around the corner at 10:28 on Saturday morning. Have some flexibility with guest and not be so regimented. Great stay and if in need of hotel stay in Cailfornia. I'll return with my family and recommend friends. I enjoyed the check in process with JR.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly from check in to house keeping in passing. The breakfast was pretty decent, I only had it one time during my stay.

the toilet was a little out dated and ran slow. upon checking in, it would have been nice to know where the "gym" was, and its hours as well as the pool. Also, maybe say breakfast is from this time to that and takes place in the room right behind you. If you need extra towels, you will have to get them yourself in the lobby. Communication is key.

Location was great, easy check in and out. Lift was fast. Ample parking. Desk in room.

Room was cleaned after 5 days and not 3 as stated on the website. Bathroom was very small, and had a fixed showerhead. Wifi was very poor and kept cutting out. Breakfast is ok, but very repetitive, which becomes boring for a weeks stay.

housekeeping didn't stock room during my stay we did not get clean towels had to call for towels you only get 1 set for 2,, we had 2 towels.2 hand towels 2 wash clothes,, during check-in, staff should of told us that during our check-in Do to Covid room are not cleaned during the 2 days our trash cans were overflowing we didn't see a big trash can to empty our room trash in I went to dollar tree to buy trash bags, face towels bath towels
