Nice rooms with the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. We loved the pools and hot tubs, especially since it was quite chilly the day we stayed. We loved that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our dog.

The hotel is pet friendly, which was great since we were traveling with our dog; however, the pet fee was quite expensive at $75 for 1 night. The only other complaint is you can only enter and exit through the main lobby. Not normally a big deal, but since we had to walk our dog multiple times during a windstorm it would have been nice to be able to use one of the doors closer to our room (they were emergency exits only).

Upon arrival it looked more like a motel.. going in it looks like they are putting a lot of work and effort to make it look nicer. They gave us a room that was very bare… not like the pictures. We talked to them and they showed us 3 different rooms so that we could pick one we liked. After we picked one to our liking, everything went smooth. The biggest feature, though, was the heated pool and hot tubs. We enjoyed this very much. All spring mineral water, no chlorine smell. Staff was fantastic and everyone we came across was very helpful and friendly. If you enjoy sushi, Best Sushi Grill was awesome. We also ordered pizza from a restaurant named Rocky’s and it was great as well. All very short drives! They have a rec room/restaurant attached to lobby but they are not functioning at the moment. We hope to see that open and running in the future too. I would definitely stay here again and would love to see more upgrades.

I loved the room that was given to us with a balcony and an area outside the rooms overlooking the pool area with couches to lounge. The playroom area was also fun with a pingpong table and a foosball table. I found the hotel clean and simple. It was quite busy but quiet at night. I also loved the soap dispenser in the shower, very ecological. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked out for dinner and there was a grocery store right across the hotel.

The shower dispensers kept falling off, but it didn't effect our experience.

I liked the Elvis decor, the modern colorful lobby. It was cheerful! I loved the sunset mural in the lobby! The mineral spring tub was great. I am so glad I could bring my little dog. I also liked the coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, comfy pillows and white bedding. A great trip!

The prices for the massage were a little high - we would get a couples massage next time if the price was more reasonable. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel and stay there again!

Great pools which were warm and clean and pretty grounds. There is a park and playground a block away for kids and Walgreens, Starbucks and fast food nearby for necessities and breakfast. Room was decorated nicely, but the carpet had some stains which gives me the willies. The bed was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly. It was about 45 minutes from Joshua Tree and 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

When the carpet has stains it makes things feel dirty. The room was clean otherwise. The neighborhood surrounding didn’t feel as safe as I’d like when traveling with kids.

Great decor, great staff, lovely, bright and clean lobby and rooms. Enjoyed the mineral water pool! Nice recreation room.

- No breakfast or snacks. - Carpet in the room. - The entrance - it's very unusual and uninviting from the outside/ front parking lot. It wasn't even clear where the entrance was. - Not enough seating in the recreation rooms. The rec room with more seating and a bar was very uninviting and looked unfinished (there were what appears to be supply boxes in there. While we wanted a place to sit down and eat after getting breakfast, the lights weren't on and it wasn't comfortable in there, even though it had lots of seating and looked like it was supposed to be for guests).

I am very pleased to be able to say that this year it was immediately apparent a lot of work had been carried out to bring the hotel back up to it's previous level. Good decoration, nice furniture, and the building in good condition. The pools were as always, really well looked after.

it is situated on a very busy road, and while the noise is not intrusive, getting out of the car park can be a lengthy process.

I booked a room with a private jacuzzi tub. I loved it. I had a 3ft deep pool of hot water with jets that can fit up to 6 people all to myself in the privacy of my room aka I was able to soak naked. The room cost was less than $200. Previous rooms I have booked that offered a private jacuzzi tub cost me $700 to $1400 per night and they were just a tub, not a 3 ft fit 6 pool of hot water with jets. The bed was very comfortable, including plenty of pillows and I absolutely loved the softness of the bedding. A large shower with plenty of hot water. I spent my one night stay relaxing in that lovely room, moving in and out of my private jacuzzi tub that also has a TV on the wall in front of it. It was a very blissful relaxing stay. It will be my new Princess cy pamper me sanctuary.

I wish they had a full length mirror. I was going out to dinner with friends and was unable to see what I looked like due to a lack of a full length mirror. I also did not like that the drapes in the pool area of my room did not close all the way. I was grateful my purse held a few clips. Also I had issues opening my door. I had to go to the front desk several times to ask for maintenance assistance. The doors tend to get stuck and not open. I found that bit a little stressful especially since I was there to destress.

The rooms were very clean, except for the carpets could use a good spot remover. Nice heated pool and hot tubs.

Our room didn’t have towels or a shower curtain but the front desk provided them for us. The “bath towel” was more of a hand towel size. I’m 120 lbs and it wasn’t big enough for me. I really disliked not having a microwave in the room. There was a community microwave downstairs to use but the weather was bad and didn’t feel like standing outside to make food.

It was quiet and relaxing. Our suite was updated and very clean. Loved the bathroom and walk in shower. Our balcony was large. The kitchen area was nice and remodeled. The pool was a perfect temperature and seemed very clean. Loved the mineral water. The Jacuzzi was a perfect temperature with continuous bubbles. The enclosed Jacuzzi could use some work, but ok.The grounds were simple and well kept.

The suite was large, but lacked wall pictures. One large one in the living room. Starting to get scratched walls that would take very little to repair and maintain. The bathroom was large but only one mirror above the sick made it hard for two people to get ready at the same time. Could also use a long body mirror. There were plates and utensils in the kitchen, but no dish soap towel or sponge. I did bring Scott towels which help to wipe down counter etc. Our balcony was to be a Mountain View, but the busy street was in front of our mountain view. Don’t think they can do much about that which is too bad. Nice balcony though!
