room safe stopped working because batteries died, and it took some time for staff to be reached by call centre to address. we stayed seven nights and not to have the room cleaned for that length of time wasn’t the best. not sure if that was mentioned in your advertising. getting replacement towels also was a bit of an effort.

Checkin process was all on line and so took some time. The method of opening the doors was through a phone app. This never work so we had to enter a code each time we entered which was a nuisance.

Noise due to thin ceilings, air conditioning cutting on and off, shower coming on randomly several times in middle of night.

The room was clean and well appointed. Pool was lovely.

We thought the restaurant was open but perhaps that was our error. Also, some of the photos show retro fridges and microwaves and I thought we had a microwave. Could include the good restaurants nearby including the Gastro pub. The nearby vintage store could be excluded as it is not a draw.

I loved this little place. I'll be staying there again when I return to Palm in the future.

I did not like the music that plays outside all day. Luckily there was a day when the app they used wasn't working. The silence was amazing.

The room and location were a good value for Palm Springs. Freddies at the Cole restaurant is excellent, both the food and the friendly Chef Freddie.

It says on the Booking.com site that parking is free, but when I went to check in on line, there was a $15 a day parking fee. We wound up paying an additional $45 for the three days just to park there.

nicely refurbished; good rooms and linens and products. pool area is lovely and really empty. price was really good.

contactless checkin was a pain. 50 minutes to get code at gate. no one was ever around. you saw maids but no one else. room is never serviced during your stay. there is a bar but always seemed empty with no staff. no checking or front desk. no one to request help from.

The check in process was easy. There is no staff interaction at all, everything is online. The bed was large and comfy.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. We found bars of soap from the previous guests, hairs everywhere, filthy sink. The aircon is abnormally loud and wakes you up throughout the night.

Very comfortable room with refrigerator and bar area with couch. Beautiful pool and spa. Close to downtown Palm Springs and two very good restaurants (Rick's for breakfast and Boozehounds for dinner and drinks). Free parking in back.

No person on site to easily get help. We wanted an early check in and room was ready, but could only use chat function on Sonder App to contact them. That hit a dead end, as chat said room still not ready when it actually was per maids. Luckily an employee came outside and offered to help. He had to call two people before our key code would work to let us in, and Brandon graciously helped us upstairs with our bags. Never saw the pool bar open.

The room was HUGE with a separate living space and bedroom. There was also a lot of light and a wraparound deck.

The bar and restaurant were closed with signs posted saying they were "working with a new partner." I only stayed a day, but if I was there longer I would have been upset with no bar service at the pool. Also, the insulation between rooms must be non-existence because I heard, with complete understanding of the words, the people in the room next door.
