Everything was excellent. Staff kept a dorm fridge for us for 1.5 days until checkout when we were moving in college student, pool was nice, and breakfast was great! I really appreciated that there was staff to dish out a good breakfast since COVID protocol has caused most hotels to eliminate breakfast or only provide pre-made, pre-packaged danishes, etc. A step above that was noticed! Staff was very friendly and when we needed anything (towels, bedding for sofa), they quickly provided it. We also appreciated free parking and lots of nearby restaurants. Location was convenient to everything we came for.

It was odd to only have 2 sets of towels in a room that had been reserved for 3, but the staff was nice in providing more when asked. Likewise for the sofa bedding - we had to ask for it, but they were nice.

I was here as my mother was in hospital and I needed to be close. The staff were really helpful and helped me print documents I needed. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

There is nothing I did not like.

I liked the wifi and the set up with outlets for me to use to work from the hotel

Every morning when I went to get breakfast the attendant would only speak to me in spanish. I would have appreciated being spoken in english. Also since I was here multiple days while working in the room I would hear the housekeepers carry on long conversations in the hall. Not sure if it was one person or someone on a call but it was disturbing as I was trying to work in the room.

Breakfast was as good as expected.

I've already filed a report regarding our distress over a noisy pool party which extended past the stated closure hour. The young man at the Front Desk did his job, and I was satisfied that he did all he could to address the situation in a calm, conscientious, and professional manner. The inconsiderate group of men finally left the pool and of all things continued their revelry in the room NEXT to ours, GOOD GRIEF. They eventually quieted down at 12:30AM. Housing the Single A QUAKES baseball team is GOOD for YOUR business, BAD for guests seeking a good night's rest! Received a letter of apology from the Operations Manager. CASE CLOSED!

The handicap room is on the 3rd floor. In case of fire, can’t use elevator— my husband can’t do stairs—seems a bit crazy to me. How’s a immobile person to escape, if a fire breaks out!

the bed and pillows were horrible. the bathroom was dirty

Breakfast was great. but went to take a shower and no body wash. All I had was a small bar of soap, I was not to clean. This is second time we have stayed there and both times no tv guide. I did get sick on the sausage I had at breakfast.

The room was really nice and BIG! The Bed and pillows we're so comfy!!! Located near FWY, restaurants and stores. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!

The location was perfect because it was close to the family I was visiting. Also it was close to a shopping center with many stores and restaurants.

The room had broken outlet frames, the plug for the hair dryer was bent, and I saw a cockroach. The room could have been cleaned better.
