Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Everything was excellent. Staff kept a dorm fridge for us for 1.5 days until checkout when we were moving in college student, pool was nice, and breakfast was great! I really appreciated that there was staff to dish out a good breakfast since COVID protocol has caused most hotels to eliminate breakfast or only provide pre-made, pre-packaged danishes, etc. A step above that was noticed! Staff was very friendly and when we needed anything (towels, bedding for sofa), they quickly provided it. We also appreciated free parking and lots of nearby restaurants. Location was convenient to everything we came for.

It was odd to only have 2 sets of towels in a room that had been reserved for 3, but the staff was nice in providing more when asked. Likewise for the sofa bedding - we had to ask for it, but they were nice.

Breakfast was as good as expected.

I've already filed a report regarding our distress over a noisy pool party which extended past the stated closure hour. The young man at the Front Desk did his job, and I was satisfied that he did all he could to address the situation in a calm, conscientious, and professional manner. The inconsiderate group of men finally left the pool and of all things continued their revelry in the room NEXT to ours, GOOD GRIEF. They eventually quieted down at 12:30AM. Housing the Single A QUAKES baseball team is GOOD for YOUR business, BAD for guests seeking a good night's rest! Received a letter of apology from the Operations Manager. CASE CLOSED!

I liked the wifi and the set up with outlets for me to use to work from the hotel

Every morning when I went to get breakfast the attendant would only speak to me in spanish. I would have appreciated being spoken in english. Also since I was here multiple days while working in the room I would hear the housekeepers carry on long conversations in the hall. Not sure if it was one person or someone on a call but it was disturbing as I was trying to work in the room.

Accommodations at arrival. The fact that we were on the members' list. Privacy! Excellent parking area. There were good safety procedures for sanitation. The staff was friendly.

Understanding that there is a pandemic, there was no notice at check-! in that there were breakfast snacks available. I would not have known except that my sister saw the sign on the door. I think he gave us a bag that was intended for kids! I've been in other Best W. and they offered a checklist that we could turn in before bedtime so that in the morning we could pick up our breakfast in a bag. We miss the waffle maker!!!

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was amazing also. They were very helpful, and nice with everything. I asked for extra towels, and trash pick-up. I do appreciate all the kindness, helpfulness, and understanding. I will come and stay again one day. And actually I extended my stay for a day or two, that was very helpful. Thanks again.

The air conditioner wasn't as cool during the day, but the air outside was amazing cool, so I just opened a window. My stay over all was great, I enjoyed it very much. They are an awesome hotel and very safe. I appreciate all the integrity, and kindness shown to me. Thanks again.

The location was perfect because it was close to the family I was visiting. Also it was close to a shopping center with many stores and restaurants.

The room had broken outlet frames, the plug for the hair dryer was bent, and I saw a cockroach. The room could have been cleaned better.

I was here as my mother was in hospital and I needed to be close. The staff were really helpful and helped me print documents I needed. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

There is nothing I did not like.

The handicap room is on the 3rd floor. In case of fire, can’t use elevator— my husband can’t do stairs—seems a bit crazy to me. How’s a immobile person to escape, if a fire breaks out!

I wish the rate was lower, but everything was clean. Staff at the desk very friendly. Hotel was quiet.

Too much space below the door so a lot of light comes through at night. I needed a heavier blanket at night and none were available in the room. When people leave their room, the doors slam real loud and echo in the hallway
