The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. We were undisturbed by neighboring rooms and we (Our dogs) didn't disturb them. As we were traveling with our dogs, we really appreciated that there was no carpeting and the floor would have been easy to clean in case of an accident/food spill.

The bathroom light switch also turned on the exhaust fan. As a result there was no way to have a light source in the bathroom to act as a nightlight without also having the constant noise of the fan. Getting up during the night in a completely dark, unfamiliar room is hazardous particularly with dogs somewhere on the floor. Turning on the bedside lamp unnecessarily wakes up your partner as well as the dogs. Thus disturbing everyone's sleep!

It was clean, they had what we needed, and the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. They have small breakfast as well as coffee and juice that was a plus for us. We only stayed for a few hours though

There was a bad leak in the sink’s drain which was at the entrance next to the bathroom’s door. We put towels to prevent us from having an accident, and brought it up at check out, the lady said she’ll let maintenance know.

Very clean room and the staff was very pleasant. When we checked out I had left a make up bag in the room and they called us immediately when we had just gotten in the road to let me know. We were right around the corner and I was able to grab it. The staff was very friendly from check in to check out and everything in between. The outside looks a little rough but the room was great.

The room was quiet, the water pressure was good, the comfort of the bed and pillows were amazing, and I felt safe. The hotel is in a perfect walking distance to get food and coffee, plus it's right off I-5.

I almost tripped on the stairs that had damage to the carpet on it. That was the only thing but not significant enough to leave a negative review.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and gave me all of the information I needed when I arrived. I had a good night's sleep and got off to a good start in the morning. Easy access to and from the freeway.

Perhaps some of the furniture could be touched up a bit as there were some wear and tear marks on some of it, but other than that, all was great.

The location was nice and quiet and secluded. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a pool on site too. The staff was lovely as well (Angela at the front desk during check out was so sweet when I called in after we had checked out because my husband accidentally forgot a personal item. She took the liberty of checking for it and keeping it safe til we returned to pick it up. your amazing for this thank you so much!) would definitely recommend!

the location was great. The staff was awesome. even though the rooms were dated it was very clean. i used to be the general manager of an economy hotel and this is what i hoped for dated but clean with friendly service. you can tell all the employees took pride in their work. the breakfast is very limited which is the only reason I rated it as a 9 not a 10. some cereal and a waffle maker would go a long way.

The staff are very friendly. The desk staff, the domestic staff and the staff with the plunger are great. The big TV with extensive channel line-up helped burn time while I was waiting for a storm to pass so I could get home.

The breakfast is odd. It's a bit like a continental breakfast and the Dollar Store had a baby. Packages of off-brand instant oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, and candy/granola bars. The bed blanket is threadbare, the elastic bands on the fitted sheet are dry and brittle so the sheet pulls off easily.

The gentleman checking us in was personable and helpful. The room was really nice. Great location. Reasonable rates.

A deranged individual violently roamed the hallway assaulting objects and I believe the staff on duty. Police had to come out. The motel is powerless in these situations. Lots of trashy drugged up people out and about these days. I only mention the incident mostly for those who have children.

The room, location, and parking.

I was not fond of how the cleaning staff persisted in knocking on my door every morning. I’m accustomed to such staff doing so in the afternoons. It would make more sense then, given how we’re unlikely to be there during that time. My hair is drying during the mornings. Afternoons are far better times to come by for cleaning.
