My family and I stayed here one night while driving from WA to CA. The whole place and room was very nice, care for, and very clean. The rooms are a good size the bathrooms are spacious. We were arriving late and the hotel staff was every helpful. I also appreciated the staff still taking COVID protective procedures. The beds were comfortable. We also loved that there were enough outlets with combined USB charging ports all over the room. No worries about where or who get to charge their devices. The rooms were also quiet which doesn’t always happen even in new hotels.

For the cost you pay for the room you still have to pay nightly for parking. I feel like hotels should just include that in their stay. They provide water bottles in the room, one standard size, and one larger. Only the standard one is free. Either provide room in the water or don’t and have a “Snack Bar” area like many other places. This just felt like nickel and dimming your customers. While the beds were comfortable the pillows had zero support.

Mosaic was fantastic. The food and service were exceptional. Peter and Emily and others were great! We had tickets to a show at the Civic, so walking there was a bonus.

I wish I would have remembered to ask for a coffee restock - just one cup a morning would be great. Maybe if they were out at the front desk it would be easier. Let people know how many things are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We enjoyed our room very much. It was light with good air conditioning. We slept very well on the comfortable bed. We heard very little noise from others, except when some guests were yelling to each other in the hall. We appreciated the location and walked out to the Sundial Bridge several times, both during the day and at night. We didn't have any meals at the onsite restaurant, but rather ate out or took out from nearby places.

When we arrived, there were a few people at the desk dealing with a difficult person on the phone. We heard them quote a rate for that person quite a bit lower than what we paid. I don't know the circumstances, and it is a nice place, but I can't say it's a good value. Especially charging for parking in Redding seems odd.

We enjoyed the locations, staff, and our room. We went for a show and the auditorium was right across the way.

There were alot of guest that made us feel uncomfortable. Whatever we did, we had eyes on us, like we were out of place. It was hard to want to enjoy the amenities available to us, because we tried to avoid those people and situations.

I tried to mover one reservation night by a day and the manager said she would let me know. Never was told and charged full rate for night moved. Reservation system was impersonal via Marriot. Made a mess of bookings.

Great location, East on and off from freeway, and modern new hotel. Close to sundial bridge. Great breakfast and really nice common areas, mosaic restaurant a plus. Helpful Staff all around from front desk to restaurant. Really comfortable beds and great shower

Only thing was the Tv was super dim In our room and nothing else available to switch.

I made my reservations from the Website. I attempted to change the reservations and was initially told that I couldn't make a change. After haggling for ten minutes the representative of the Website made my change. Quite the hassle. Maybe try and make your reservations directly through the property.

I loved being on the 3rd floor and having access to the club Happy Hour and breakfast. Also, I saw the most gorgeous sunset from my room which was a bonus!

Too much scent, gave me a headache. Its hard to escape from the scent because in Redding it’s so hot you can’t open a window. Using a little opposed to a lot would be much better.

No breakfast. Coffee machine didn’t work. Staff friendly, accommodating. Asked for a late checkout but when we went back to pick up luggage our keys didn’t work….hours of the restaurant really didn’t work well. Great location right next to the bridge.

Above. Rooms pretty pricey for amenities. I would suggest at least a lobby coffee service.
