Clean rooms(housekeeper tried his hardest to get the food smell out of our room before we got there) :) front desk gal was awesome friendly and fast. Morning staff was friendly and helpful having coffee available!

One of our beds just had a sheet and one bed just had a blanket(besides fitted sheets) We got a second room and it must have been a pet room previous and one bed was covered with dog hair in and out of covers, I’m assuming it transferred from the blanket and so I suggest just washing and changing the blankets on the beds no matter if they look dirty or not(we only had to use one bed so we didn’t say anything)

The staff was extremely welcoming, hospitable and cooperative. Location, location, location. Easy on and off the freeway. Gas station right Infront of the hotel. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Ample parking space.

There was no microwave and fridge in the room but it was shown in the pics. Turned out that they are provided in some rooms but were not included in the rate we booked the room for. Lesson learned always check with the management before booking the room if you are getting all the facilities shown in the pics. Discounted rate= less amenities

the room was clean, bed was confortable. A/C was great

I would have liked for housekeeping to sweep at least once during my stay. But I did not ask. I would have liked the pool to be open.

It was too cold - air conditioner ran very too strong. I was freezing next morning! Well, at least it was better than getting too hot, I guess...

Staff kindness

Shower felt like I was going to fall through I went to take a shower and it was not up to date very uncomfortable with taking a shower room 117

I love the manager she did introduce me by her name but I can’t remember it but just completely accommodating even under the circumstances of construction I didn’t notice any problems I just love this place

Nothing was wrong with the stay.

There was no break fast, I was pretty bummed about that. The clerk went ubove and beyond her job description, just to make sure I was warm and dry and a good night rest. Every time I stay at north twin view I get treated with kindness and understanding.

The up keep and maintenance on the bedroom bathrooms. No microwave. And no hot tub

The hotel manager was just awesome. They have done a lot of work around there and I felt very safe and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable on amenities that are around reading I would definitely stay there again

Nice genuine, happy staff members rooms were clean beds for tidy shower. Pressure was awesome.
