I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. I have paid a whole lot more for a whole lot less at other places. I had never stayed in a Days Inn or Wyndham owned property before but I will remedy that in future travels.

Well unfortunately as with all situation you must deal withy inconsiderate people. As a handicapped 73 year old I instinctively ask for a first floor room never even considering the elevators offered at better accommodations such as yours. As usual the loud party crowd also prefers the first floor for ease of coming and going for more party supplies! That was totally on me I don't think management condones such things and to their credit in fact the police did show up in force to take care of some problems going on a few doors down. It was a little more peaceful after that.

The bed was comfortable; the microwave worked once it was plugged in; the television worked; the air conditioner worked

The dresser beneath the television had three drawers, and two of them were broken; the television was small; the toilet seemed to take a while just to flush--i don't know if that's a water conservation thing or what; the people in the room next to mine got confused and tried to enter my room while i was there; during check-in, the desk staff spent more time talking to each other than taking care of me; also, the garbage cans outside on the balconies were overflowing with trash when i arrived.

This hotel is basic. Very clean.24 hour front desk service.Security.Pool. Affordable. Great mini fridge. Microwave. I tipped the cleaning staff well before my check out. They work super hard. And are friendly.

Bring your own coffee maker, coffee and filters !! The coffee maker is a literal joke.🤣 The key card kept not working. I would have to go down to the front desk several times during our stay to remind them how long my stay was so they could reactivate the key card for that long.

Receptionist was very friendly and the staff were friendly.

The only thing that was bothersome was that the pull out couch bed, the cover, had a wet stain on it so we took it off the mattress and used the sheet from the bed to cover the mattress. Other than that , I would probably stay there again but make sure if we are going to need the couch bed , I would check in there before I actually keep the room. That is all!

I like this place because it's close to all the shopping outlet s at the mall. There are many different food options. Everything is within walking distance from the motel.

The only thing that I can say was a dislike for when we were there is that the soda machine was out of every kind of soda in it., for the whole day

The women in the office are a pleasure each time I'm needing help ... very welcoming and never had their been a problem occur that they weren't able to help fix with a smile

Love that it was close to the mall and lots of different place to eat. Nice and clean, comfortable bed. Everything within walking distance.

The only thing to dislike was the soda machine was out of every kind of soda that was in the machine.

Very helpful when it came to extending my stay

It was good only thing I had an issue with the toilet clogging up once or twice and I was handed a plunger when I told staff

I thought the maids and staff were very exceptional the energy there was great thank you I'm ho.eless I get SSI you people made me feel like I mattered thank you

I loved the staff and it was clean.

The only thing I didn't like was I was quoted $101 but had to pay $136. And the breakfast that was specified was a cup of coffee and a granola bar.
