the pool

our air conditioning unit didn’t work right, either our room( air conditioning) was absolutely freezing or we had to turn it completely off to warm us up because we were way too cold-there was no in between. it allowed us to set the temperature to various degrees but the temperature was never that temperature for sure! very cold and very unacceptable!

check in n out was Sad employee seems unhappy and moody. We had the same person who checked us in and out. No welcoming or departing from this employee she should not be working at the desk but maybe behind the scene where she would not encounter guest She was an older person maybe time for retirement poor poor service from her. Everyone else was Amazing with greetings and we felt welcomed

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and neat as I expected. However, on the first nite, I was itching on the bed, as the bed-sheet felt rough, I was getting hives. And not having a microwave in the room was inconvenient for me and my family. The hotel is very nice, clean and relaxing, and I would rent there again.

The outlets are out dated. I tried charging my phone, it wouldn't charged much. In the bathroom, my straightener or my brand new curler would not heat up.

Midge at the front desk handled our transfer of luggage and booked another room as we had decided to stay an extra night. No problems. What so ever, luggage was stored, and when we checked in our room later that day, it easy as can be........ You need more Midges!!!!!!!!

The room was very comfortable.TV horrible. Greeting lobby staff very friendly. hallways smelled musty, windows in room dirty.Shower excellent.breakfast buffet fantastic. great bed.

Pool was closed.doors to cabinet with fridge open the wrong way, and pinched my finger.

great property, showing its age a bit but updates are visible. The staff is exceptional, always greeting me and willing to help with anything I might require. Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would gladly stay there again.

great location, clean and comfortable room. perfect for exploring San Diego with friends.

maybe a little above our budget but we did book last minute.

Starting from the smiley friendly receipting by Midge (excellent lady) everything was great. The room cleaned everyday… pool is v nice … Located in good area. I recommend this for anyone 🌺🌺

Everything was great

The hotel room very clean and the view of the city amazing.

At checkin i had to encounter 2 very rude receptionists werent helpful at all. I booked a reservation and 1 of the older women could not find my reservation even with my Id and proceeded to call me too young several times instead of helping me find my reservation. Once i helped her find my paid reservation she very rudely had to mention out loud we didnt have room service paid with my package and asked for my deposit. Overall loved the hotel and the views but some staff members could learn some manners and mind their own business.
