The decor and style were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional. The grounds were very well maintained and the bar was excellent.

The lack of lighting in the room. We had to use the lights from our phones to provide the lighting that was missing in the room. There were two very small lights between the beds and one lamp with a heavy lampshade on the desk, and none of those did anything to light up the room. We were traveling as a family, so reading or playing a card game was a strain in a poorly lit room.

All the amenities! Especially the pool! I loved being able to text my requests to the front desk! They got back to me right away and fulfilled all of my requests promptly!

The toilet in our room was very weak in terms of flushing capacity. We were always worried that it was going to stop up.  The neighbors next door could be heard clearly through the walls.

Enjoyed the pool, the music by the singer Celeste was awesome ( relaxing). Enjoyed the food & drinks. We very much enjoyed the aroma of the jasmine plants as we walked by, we will always remember that. Overall experience and ambiance was excellent!

Ice machine not working & finding a spot to park car to get checked in was a very unpleasant & bad experience.

Queen room was very big! This property exceeded my expectations for the are it is in and how hidden it is. Very convenient location to plenty of stores, dining places and attractions! Cane for a local getaway and this made me feel like I was relaxing in Palm Springs, would 100% recommend. The gentleman who I first encountered prior to check in was great, I made a same day reservation and he was very helpful and accommodating!

I inquired with a gentleman in the evening about dinner services on property and was told food and beverage services were closed (it was 10 pm), which was understandable. Then we saw the Arlo bar open for drinks and I went back to ask another gentleman if it was open to which he responded yes. I would recommend ensuring front desk staff is up to date w hours and updating hours online so guests can have correct information as one of the outlets said food was open until 11 (Monkey restaurant) on Monday.

everything. we were moved to a pool bungalow room due to construction noises next door which was so appreciated. the design elements of the hotel are super fun and we loved sitting outside at night with the fires going. Mike and Louis in the bar were superstars and Adam and Roisin on the front desk were amazingly friendly and helpful. we will be back

only one breakfast option as the other onsite restaurants don’t open for brekkie

Very large family pool. There was a bar and restaurant very close to the pool that you could order from or they had waiters that were always walking by taking drink orders. We loved our stay. Cant wait to go back.

Didn't like paying $25 a night for parking. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you know it's total B.S. and I couldn't find parking one night because they had a convention going on. Not cool.

I like the different pool options on the property. The property was located walking distance to the shopping enter and train. It was easy to access the freeway.

There was no hot water to take warm showers on both days we stayed there. Construction was in progress next to my building, but they were very respectful of the noises and the traffic around it.

the accesabilith for two pools, the work out area, and convenient location relative to our stay.

I did not find out about the daily charge for parking until check in and I thought the room I stayed in was rather cramped.

Bathroom in room wasn't completely cleaned trash left in trash can sand in shower hair on floor and toilet was stopped up

I liked how clean everything was. We could not find our room. A housekeeper was so nice and stopped what she was doing and walked us all the way to our room. MJ at the coffee shop was exemplary. He went out of his way to make sure we loved out coffee. Another employee offered to snap a photo of our group. Everyone is so helpful

The parking situation-the gate seems to always malfunction on our stays. We always have to call the front desk and have them open it
