Beautiful Hotel, very quite and comfortable. Close to Target which was good for things needed. Had dining services and pool area. Had a large Tv in the lobby with lounge area for guest to enjoy tv.

Staff that checked us in was not very helpful and did not provide any information regarding dinning and hours of operation. She just took payment and gave the room keys. Did not tell us about internet, or pool service even where the elevator was located.

The staff was very friendly. The room was perfect. It was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. My room had a sitting area and a desk. We went a sat in the hot tub and went swimming in the pool. It was so much fun. We both enjoyed our one night stay here. I didn’t have the breakfast which cost but the price for our room was cheap for such a nice place.

I liked everything. The parking lot is right next to a Target store. That can be good but take everything out of the car for safety. I wasn’t too worried. Nice area.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Everything worked as expected. We were upgraded to a single room suite which had a sperate seating area with its own TV. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is interesting. They share parking with a chain store, which means there is ample parking. However, there are notices everywhere about not leaving ANYTHING in your vehicle. As we could not possible unload both of our vehicles into our room, we were left to worry that our cars would be broken into. As it turns out, they were not but I have never been so concerned about parking my vehicle at a hotel before.

I liked it had a pool and spa and a gym

no microwave no bathtub spa closed @ 10 my work event ended at 9:30 so didn’t have time to enjoy the bistro was closed at 9:30 my room was a king with sofabed but they gave me just a king room

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to several companies in Silicon Valley. The staff are very nice, and I will stay here again next time.

Great location five minute drive to Great America. Hotel shares a parking lot with Target so free parking is a plus super convenient if you need to run to target. Starbucks in walking distance. Pool was small but we had it to ourselves so kids were happy. Overall great spot especially if your planning on Great America trip.

They put a $250 incidental hold at checkin which I thought was high. Obviously we get it back but that’s a lot for such a cheap room.

They did not offer it to me but I received free breakfast as Bon avoir member. It was a very high quality sandwich made by Starbucks. And you got a coffee with it to. Much better breakfast than the other 60 nights of hotel I have stayed in this year! Good fan system in the Room and so much appreciate windows that open. Pool was very clean in the morning. Love having refrigerator in microwave in my Room, it is a must. Nice selection of channels on TV. And fun location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Best of all I could walk to work. Also thank goodness for hotel rooms that give us drawers. I travel a lot for work and I do need drawers to put my clothing in period.

Great customer service, bed, air conditioning.

The jacuzzi's temperature was merely warm -- somewhere around 90F, I'd say. This was important to my family after a long day of driving, and is really the only thing keeping it from being a 10. The water was soft, which I don't like. Others may prefer this.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, Ethan at the front desk was a big help when checking in. We enjoyed our stay.

Mary Ann was extremely helpful. We came to the hotel after a terrible experience with accommodations downtown. Feeling pretty out of sorts Mary Ann really made our experience here positive and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning next time we’re in San Jose.
