we stayed here is MAY - NON football season. Perfect place to stay to go to California Great America depending on the time of year. You can walk across the parking lot to get to the park entrance. I imagine during football season it is PURE CHAOS here because of the parking situation but if you are there for the game this is the perfect place to stay, the hotel is RIGHT beside the stadium and the amusement park which would be super convenient. The general area was a very safe place to stay as well. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice

nothing this was perfect for what we needed

I was very very impressed with this hotel. I said it’s a Concord last year, and while the guest services was wonderful, facilities were subpar and the rooms were not that nice. This was a truly nice place to say very clean, great amenities, and a wonderful staff that was very helpful. Walking distance of Great America which was exactly what we wanted.

This is no fault of the Santa Clara Hilton, but the location of much of what’s in Santa Clara is pretty barren. Having grown up in the Bay Area before the dot coms it’s kind of sad to see the way the area has been developed with a combination of overdevelopment and under development. It’s going to be sad when great America is eventually razed. Hopefully somebody intervenes and buys the park because it’s truly a wonderful place. Getting to the coast is a bit tricky especially if it’s one of the many busy weekends with crowds which tends to be every weekend these days do you want to leave as early as possible to get to Aptos or Monterey.

Walking distance from our venue. Clean facility, friendly staff, felt safe. Beds were amazingly comfortable!!!!!

For being a sit down breakfast buffet for $26.00 the hot portion of the food was horrible and honestly otherwise it was nothing short of any other “cereal bar”. Nothing looked, nor tasted fresh cooked, honestly my family ate the basic cereal and muffins because it was so unappetizing. Should have just grabbed Starbucks that was in the lobby!!!!!

Loved the swimming area before the storm closed it down. Loved the easy access to the convention center. And alot of people don't like the noise of airport I personally love seeing planes that's close so that was nice as well! WE LOVED THE NOOK IN THE WINDOW NOT SURE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO SIT THERE BUT NOTHING SAID WE COULDNT LOL

Front desk had one very nice helpful person while we were there for 2 days, everyone else wasn't very helpful or kind.

What I liked about it was 24 hour fitness and how clean the room and the facility it’s self

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking daily and there was no microwave in the room the room are not as spacious as I thought they be compared to other places we’ve stayed paying for our breakfast per person the sofa bed was so uncomfortable not enough padding very small pool and small hot tub couldn’t enjoy it

Easy check in, nice facilities. great stay

TBH, the young lady that checked us in didn't appear to be in a good mood. Was very robotic and unenthused; seemed just like she was going through the motions as if I was inconveniencing her evening while checking us in. Wasn't the warm, and inviting greetings I'm used to at a Hilton. Note my last stay was in Waikiki at the Hilton Garden Inn - and the friendly staff in Hawaii was more of what I've expected.

Very convenient to the Santa Clara Convention Center. Staff was helpful at the front desk, but had a significant wait at the snack/sundries counter, right behind the front desk. Gym was nice, equipment in good condition. WiFi worked well and I was able to get all my devices online w/ minimal effort.

The in-room coffee selection was a bit sparse. The Nespresso was okay, but I like to bring my own, so I missed having a quick-boil pot or microwave(Maybe those are in upgraded rooms?).

Room was clean staff was nice .

Paid for parking and then there was no where to park. Not at all ok. The beds and pillows are so worn they need to be replaced. The mattress was like a Taco and the pillows smelled horribly and were flat . Remote control was so old that you couldn't read what buttons were what.

This is our favorite hotel everytime we celebrate our New Year in Great America!We’ve been here 3x already and still counting.Staffs are polite and hotel itself is clean and decent.

Wish we could stay longer.Price went up but still ok.I hope we get a fair price next time.Thanks for the good service tho!Hilton staffs are all awesome!You rock!

Location, room and atmosphere

This is the 2nd time I have used booking.com to reserve a room at this hotel, and again, my reservation was problematic. When I called the hotel, they could not find my reservation, and I had to spend an hour getting it resolved. To be clear, this is a concern with booking.com, not the hotel.
