Location was great. Jetted tub was great. Staff was helpful and courteous when we asked questions. Internet service worked well, once we were connected.

Ethernet jack in the room would be useful, it's a lot easier than Wi-Fi. Pillows weren't my favorite. The main bedspread/blanket/comforter was one thick covering. It was very hot in San Jose that weekend, and so we were either hot (outside) or chilled (air conditioning). With only one thick covering, it was challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature in bed. We ended up turning the A/C way, way down, and sleeping with the full covering. But that't not terribly efficient...

Clean, easy check in

Last time I was texted/messaged the lobby and room codes. I liked this because it was convenient to check if I forgot. This time, I received print out receipt with the room code. The lobby code was given verbally. Hard to remember this as well as to bring the receipt with the door code with my everywhere. Bathtub was falsely advertised online. The bathroom didn’t look like the picture of the jetted tub.

Breakfast is excellent. There are refrigerator and microwave. Beds are very comfortable. There are free parking.

There is no safe in the room. My room is facing the street even I request the room facing the back. There are cars and street noises (construction) make it difficult to sleep in.

They have a lock pad instead of a card key, made it way easier to leave without thinking “do I have my key?” The pillows and bed were comfortable! They also have a fire stick tv

I would’ve preferred an in person interaction checking in and out. There were no issues working with a virtual assistant but I still think in person is more personal and welcoming

Great location, clean and modern rooms, and decent complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

Gym was basically non-existent. 1 broken elliptical, 1 treadmill, 1 spinning bike (no readout) and a handful of dumbbells.

The breakfast staff was very attentive to our needs and friendly. The place was clean and efficient. Also great choices for breakfast

The virtual kiosk was sometimes not responsive when we would press the screen button. It would take several tries. It was also difficult to wrap my head around the idea that there was no one physically to welcome us in.

The room was like any basic hotel room, but we upgraded to the jacuzzi tub & it was gigantic! Also there were really cool blue recessed lighting & the room had a vaulted ceiling. The hotels really tastefully furnished with beautiful black & white framed prints on the walls . The room had a huge paned window that opened all the way which was wonderful.

I prepaid online then got charged almost as much as what I prepaid when I checked in! Making my 4 nights almost $900! I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal by prepaying $475! Plus it's taken over a week to get my $100 deposit back.

Everything was as expected staff was professional and friendly . My room was nice and clean . And the stay exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I can say is maybe the options on the complementary breakfast, didn’t have many options but, then again it’s also free so, didn’t really bother me as, the options available were still good.

Very clean and new. It was a very state of the art decorating.

The decorations were very austere, and there were no pictures on the walls, and the room was a little dark because the curtains had to be kept close because it looked out to the neighbors and a residential neighborhood.

Comfortable, friendly staff, ease of parking and nice appearance. Great jet tub.

Next to a highway, so it’s louder than expected. Thin walls. Everything seemed clean, but some things had a strange on the surface, like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or with a strong cleaning product.
