Hospitality felt a little off. Husband said coffee in room was terrible. (He is normally fine with the coffee everywhere). He ended up buying coffee at the bistro, but that does not feel friendly. I missed being able to make myself a cup of tea. And no, it does not work to use the coffeemaker, because coffee flavored tea is horrible and there was no way to get around using the coffee carafe. I was able to get water at the bistro when they were open, but it feels more hospitable to get it myself. Bistro staff were efficient but not attentive.

location decor people including Jaimie Ariana great asset to Marriott and the bonvoy brand. feel like everyone frankly said hello every time walked by exception of when they were assisting another guest, collaborating with a colleague or on phone. ultra clean hotel both inside and out. $15 for parking considering it is a modern secure newer and safe covered parking garage seems reasonable. highly recommend this Courtyard Marriott!

Room and bathroom were nice size.

Refrigerator shuts off too soon. I don't like that you have to pay for parking. I think that's absolutely not necessary. They charge enough for the rooms.

Very clean, beautiful property

The hotel tried charging my cc that was already used through Bookings.com and it was declined. That's because either there was a hold or it was already charged. They requested a $20.00 ( holding fee)? For " incidentals". I forgot if that would be refunded....It was just uncomfortable to have to run my card again....and embarrassing to have a decline, when reservation was already confirmed by Bookings. The hotel itself was great though.

I liked the location and the cafe.

when I arrived the two staff members on duty were handling phone calls for several minutes. Neither one looked up to acknowledge my presence and let me know they would help me shortly. when the first guest service agent was finished on the phone it required me to ask if he could help me check in. I felt this was rude especially since I had been standing there for 5 or more minutes. I also felt the $15 parking charge per day was excessive.

The hotel is very nice. The person who checked us in, Ray, is a gem! He was welcoming, professional and always smiling. Nice pool area, nice clean room. Only reason it didn’t get a perfect score was the elevators were not working properly.

Everything was good except poorly working elevators.

The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The beds could be a little more comfortable. Additionally, the cost of parking is rather exorbitant especially when added to the room cost.

The entire staff was very helpful and personable. They made me feel welcomed. Front desk staff Kristyn was exceptionally helpful, warm, and pleasant. The hotel grounds and rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

1. Good location: a 10 min walk to restaurants. 2. Good parking in front of the hotel. 3. Spacious rooms. 4. Breakfast is basic, but tasty. Note that it is not complimentary. 5. Dinner was also good. 6. Good outdoor space and heated pool.

Liked the cafe when it was opened. Breakfast sandwich was very good.

The cafe needed to be opened full time. The first 2 days every time I wanted Starbucks coffe it was closed. I wasn’t informed of the short hours and that is was closed at lunch and over at 10: am
