The breakfast was very convenient with a great assortment. The breakfast area and dining area were extremely clean and inviting!

I made the mistake of using a third party (Booking dot com) to find a hotel in the Campbell area. Upon check-in, I realized I had issues with the third party reservation and no phone number to call! (Once I found Larkspur on their site, I should have confirmed my reservation directly with Larkspur.) The General Manager happened to be in the Lobby while I was experiencing the issue; he professionally and graciously solved the problem. I am truly grateful for him since I was a solo traveler and had no one to turn to.

I loved that it was clean. Hard to find even when you pay a lot. The breakfast offered was very comprehensive and there was plenty for everyone. The hotel was quiet at night. The staff was competent and efficient.

The bed could be replaced....it had two big dips in it. But the hotel is affordable for the area.....replacing beds is expensive! The furniture was dated and a bit beat up....but there again....expensive to replace.

I love the location and the quality of the stay. I felt very safe.

The only thing that bothered me was when I walked out of my room each time the hallway smelled of musky smoke ( I was staying on the third floor this last time). My previous stay, I was on the first floor and did not smell anything. I was quiet nice.

It was nice and clean. The room had a mini kitchen, the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable,especially since it was a holiday. Definitely recommend this place to friends. Very accessible. We were able to check in early and after being in the road for a few hours, this was a nice surprise.

I heard traffic through the night and realized the trash pick up was the following morning.

looked nice from the outside and the lobby area was clean, nice to have a Jack in the Box in the same parking lot

bed wasn’t comfortable and there were a few things like the shower drain which completely pulled out of the tub that could be repaired

The Staff is so SINCERE. They are very Disability Friendly. Each Employee is attentive and considerate to make your stay comfortable and Guest Happiness matters to them. This is My Favorite Hotel in the Bay Area very quiet!

The location was perfect. Close to the center of Campbell it was a quick drive to restaurants and lounges downtown and close to the freeway heading to Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.

The included breakfast selection was limited and the quality of product was less than major hotel chains offer. This may have been because of COVID and needing to individually wrap items

The location was superb. There was no crime and no weird people around which is a thing in San Jose.

The walls are a little thin so I could here my neighbors on both sides having a conversation or snoring.

We were supposed to have an ADA accessible room with a roll-in shower, however there was a tub (with grab bars) but not what we were expecting. The door to the bathroom ran into the kitchen countertop so IF we had a wheelchair, it would have been even more difficult to access.

I was there in December 2021, dissappointed in all around clenliness of the facility. Melissa, the new manager, has made major improvements in the service and clenliness of the facility. The location and improvements have made the Campbell location my favorite when visiting family in the area. Thank you Melissa.
