It's very new & "almost" clean, room was comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, helped us to get the pick up service to the airport ($35 plus $5 airport charge to SFO Int'l airport). There is a small market and several restaurants just behind the hotel in 3 minutes walking distance. The only thing is that there was a long hair in the shower pan but other than that, everything else was good.

Great location, near where my friend's birthday party was located. Beautiful lobby and seating area in hallway. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and pillows were firm. The breakfast was good and the coffee was hot and satisfying.

They say they have car EV chargers but only have Tesla chargers. Not the same. Two or three non-Tesla chargers would be great, for those of us who have an EV/gas hybrid vehicle.

It was a very short visit, just a couple of hours due to our long flight delay, we did not even get to have breakfast. It was easy to get to from the airport, not very close like some other alternatives but the property is new and in good condition. Parking and check-in was very easy without any hassle, so we could proceed to get some rest.

Breakfast was better than expected as they had hot foods as well as other. The rooms were bigger than expected and looked very clean. The staff was very friendly and overall was a great experience.

I don't think there was anything to dislike. I was just pleasantly pleased overall.

The hotel is brand new, and the decor is modern. It is very conveniently located right off of Highway 101.

Rooms do not have a heater. Even in the month of June, the night temperature drops in the Bay Area, and all hotels should have the option of turning on the heat.

Modern and updated interior design, quiet AC/Heater, very clean, location, breakfast was awesome. And we were allowed to check out late at 12 noon and that helped out schedule a lot!

Our stay was great. A gym or a hot tub in the building would have tipped the scale to perfect!

Great room layout and amenities

I wish the bedding had not been synthetic ... makes you very sweaty! Also, construction noise woke me up before 6 am ... and I especially asked for a quiet room so I can sleep, which was my main purpose.

We liked the property. The lobby coffee was excellent.

There was a problem with the TV and the water pressure. Other than that it was fine.

The breakfast: some days were amazing the omelet with the vegetables but others it tasted super plain.

The property was clean and close by the venue. The staff was super friendly.

Parking is limited and when we arrived after our event had to park far late at night me and my kid.
