If you do not have a vehicle,it can be a little difficult… no gas stations, market or restaurants near by ! no public transportation! You can walk to quick stop and restaurant but yo have to walk to and over freeway and unsafe walking areas and at nite there are areas with little light !

snacks for breakfast, could be better. Good size room, lg. tv, clean roomy bathroom, etc..

limited snacks for breakfast, minor noises from something near our room that sounded like someone using a cutting board, like chopping. Intermittant and not bad really, but somewhat annoying. Would definately stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is comfortable and relaxing. There is a kitchen in the room and the hotel provides cookware so you can make food and not worry about where to go eat. They serve a grab-and-go style breakfast in the morning with coffee, which is perfect.

No negatives to report.

The room was clean. Best looking Extended Stay hotel I've seen. Free parking

Stain on the mattress. Nasty! Rude staff. The third shift employee hung up on me. Thin walls and no carpet means I heard my neighbors snoring, sexual activities, and people calling the front desk saying my tv was too loud. No sink drain stopper, bathroom tub stopper didn't work, and no dishes in the room. No management on duty on the weekends. One of their male employees asked me was I staying there to work in the area. It's none of their business why I'm there. I am a business owner. I just think they don't need to be asking guests invasive questions like that, especially with me being a female traveling alone. Probably stereotyped me when I walked through the door. The upgraded high-speed internet is extremely slow. I asked for a refund. The regular WiFi isn't dependable if you plan to work from the room. I have a WiFi hotspot as a backup for video meetings. The staff doesn't greet you or smile much.

We liked where it was situated, the free parking, size of the rooms and free coffee and tea before 9:30am. It is good price for the quality

we would have liked it if room service was provided more often (making the bed, tidying up, new towels). The AC worked well but it was really loud and it made the non-smoking room smell of smoke. It would be great if the tea and coffee station stayed on during the day.
