We stayed here five times over the past five years and every time, things are very clean. It's very quiet there. The rooms are humble, but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Fridge and microwave inc.This is a favorite spot, as it has a great price and we don't need fancy or extravagant.

I wish we had been told that there was no service in the rooms unless specifically requested. No biggie I would have liked to have had outdoor chairs replaced, the ones they had were broken down. It's nice sitting area outside, but the chairs were all broken down and worn out. People smoking outside the rooms was allowed, which drifted into our room. Considering that's not allowed I wish the staff have been a little bit more attentive to that. Otherwise the place is great and we love it.

The staff. Is very nice. They Try to be accommodating. Location is good. Close to shopping center. Every room has extras including refrigerators. Much better than other local comparable motels.

The renters. It’s unfortunate that their reasonable prices draws sometimes a lower class of people. Noisy at inappropriate hours. Management tries hard to correct this.

Nice employees. Has fridge and microwave. For a lower cost motel it didn’t have a bug issue. 👍

Being a budget minded property the guests can be “questionable”. They are up at all hours and on occasion too noisy. The staff tries hard to remedy these situations. They could maybe let the room attendants carry towels. My guess is people steal them.

The hotel was in a great location for what we needed close to shopping and the fair grounds. The room was clean, and it was a plus to have a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was very clean to boot.

The area and the people walking around was a little sketchy.

It is a good location close to all the amenities I needed while I stayed there. The food at the restaurant was awesome. I will definitely eat there again sometime. The room was clean and stocked. I didn't have to request anything from the office for my 3 night stay.

People loud next to me more than a few nights. You need to go to front desk to get towels or bathroom paper. Maids don’t seem to carry them on their cart. But office is happy to give them to you.

When I checked in they put me in a room in the back that was still being cleaned. The lady cleaning went to the office and got me a new room key and escorted me to an available room. Very nice staff. The room was very cozy for the cheap price I paid. I like that there is a restaurant attached, I didn’t eat there but if I was hungry I would have.

The staff was very nice. They had a security guard checking the property. Room was renovated and clean.

This is an older facility so the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in both rooms next to me. One stayed up late and the other got up early talking like it was the afternoon.

All went well--room was clean---and we ate at the restaurant on site---good food and plenty of it for the price
