Close to the freeway, plenty of parking, staff, very friendly and helpful. there is a Starbucks, subway, and a Denny’s restaurant not too far away.

I wish they would’ve reminded me., I guess it’s my fault, I didn’t read the fine print about being charged a deposit upfront. After we checked in and I looked at my credit card charge, I realized I was charged $175 extra. When I asked the staff, they said it’s a deposit for human trafficking? When I checked out, I asked: they said, in the event that we purchased items from their convenience store they would deduct it from that deposit, which totally makes sense. All in all everything was wonderful!

I liked that the hotel is located super close to restraunts and stores . staff is super helpful and hotel is clean, loved that they are pet friendly and we were able to take our pup with us :)

I didn't like that the rooms dont have a microwave inside, and that we didn't get to use the pool since other people staying there desided to do an all day long pool day and brought food inside the pool area and they sat on the stairs to the pool and i couldnt get in (i'm pregnant )

The location, room and staff

More options for food service. Only Breakfast was offered. I was told this was due to the location being short staffed. Other Sonesta locations also offered free breakfast. That would make the say with children more convenient and enjoyable. It was convenient to have a microwave close by in the ice room for light snacks. The handle in bathroom for the shower was somewhat loose and the water flow was low. It still worked however, just a minor inconvenience. Found a great deal on booking.com. The pool was awesome!

Clean, convenient & comfortable. As a Senior with some disabilities, I asked for a close room to Elevator and they were able to coordinate a great room for me. Easy to walk to & get to pool also.

Limited Handicapped parking, but I was able to find one eventually. The shower water ran into the main bathroom and had to use many towels to keep floor dry.

It's well located to move around the area. We could go to Santa Monica and Disney in less than 30 min.

It seems the Hotel has a lot of large group bookings. I don't know if it was bad luck but we had a lot of teenagers in the facility that made a lot of noise. Also, we had to call the staff because someone was smoking on our floor.

The facilities were clean and staff were always welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Guests were rowdy and loud. One of the rooms across from mine had a party which started at 1am. Im not sure what time the party was shut down if so. Parking was a little hectic. The spaces were way to small for bigger cars and people would take 2 spaces.

I stayed on the first floor near the fitness center, pool, laundry and exit. My stay was great, I slept well and was able to work on things in my room. Wish I could have stayed more days to rest, relax and work.

I was really tired when i arrived, the food options available there were expensive. I did not get to experience breakfast there.

The staff are very kind and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because of the highway noise and they made it happen really easily. Enzo is a sweetheart! The pool was really nice and the firepit area was as well. Newer building with nice features. Close to Hermosa Beach. Laundry facilities were nice too.

Had to move rooms because we were facing the highway and it was noisy. The room we moved into was much better and pretty much had no noise.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Breakfast is expensive and of limited variety. Also, they required a $150 damage deposit which must be charged to your credit card. Takes about a week after checkout to be reimbursed.

Nice facility. Easy access to the freeway. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff.

Room not serviced on a daily basis, which is no big deal, but the front desk personnel didn't tell me this and/or there wasn't information in the room about the room not being serviced daily.
