The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The room was clean. I like the fact that it is in a safe and good location. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the gym, pool, spa, etc because there was not enough time due to our event. But I would like to stay at this location in the future. Next time, I’ll be sure to try the amenities.
I requested a Non-Smoking room online. At the front desk, at check in, I requested a non smoking room again. As soon as my mother and I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. I didn’t have much time to go through the process of changing rooms because I had to start getting ready for my event. It would have been great if we could have a water bottle or two in the room for the coffee at least (not having to go all the way to the lobby for the water).

The room was quiet and comfortable. The check in clerk ask what type of view we wanted. We had a beautiful view of the city. Our room was correctly supplied with coffee, creamer and tolietries.
I don't think the room had not been vaccumed prior to our stay. We found a sock and rubber band from a previous guest. The window sill had crumbs on it. The shower curtain was not put on correctly. The small refrigerator was not cleaned.

The location was great! and the secure parking lot was amazing. The location felt safe and not too far from restaurants. It was a great stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. Also, it was not too far from the beach and other attractions. The staff were very nice and kind. Perfect location for a family!! I will definitely stay here again!!

Good place, close to the freeway. Nice staff. I think the parking lot should have been more secure by actually using the key cards to get in and out. The arm was up at random times and it seemed too easy for anyone to drive in there that did not belong there.

This hotel is located in a nice location. Had beautiful view of the sunset from the pool area. It was nice and clean. Great for a weekend getaway.
We had a suite, but no door between bedroom and sitting area. Televisions are too small.

location,parking, and the fact that the pool is heated was amazing! the staff was great everything was were we needed it and we had access to anything more that we needed.
it’s a little more pricey then we like to spend on a room, the cafe was pick up only :/ and a bottle of water was 11 bucks…. and the pool closes at 7 that’s a bummer

It was quiet even though we had a room by elevators. Great staff. Very helpful.
Bathroom had a terrible stale "drain odour". (Fixed by handyman)
