Great Service, allowed us to check in early. Very busy weekend we were there for a festival in downtown Los Angeles and they also had a lot of people staying for the Taylor swift concert. Rooms were nice and pretty spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently. Only 25-30 min from downtown la area where we went for Hard Summer Music Festival. Beat the overpriced hotels in downtown for just a bit of a drive. Also had free parking, and was in a decent area with a lot close by. Felt much safer staying here than near downtown LA. Will def be staying here again when we come back down in December to see John Summit at BMO.

Only thing is the shower was a bit complicated to get hot at first but once you learn it you're good. But not actual complaints.

Location was nice.

During booking I requested for a late checkout (1pm) because, my ESA dog and mine primary residence was being tented for termites and no one was allowed home until after 2pm. When it was finally time, I called the front desk and asked for a late checkout and was told if I stayed past 12pm, their system would automatically charge me for another day ($145.72). When I went to the front desk and physically checked out it was 12:10pm. My card wasn't charged for another day so I'm not clear why I wasn't allowed to stay for another 50 minutes. P.S. on my printed out receipt there is a section where a late checkout fee could be implemented (42500 - Late Check out Fee) but, I wasn't even given that as an option.

it was disgusting carpet in halls smell like cat pee and dirty matted just gross the smell was horrible every hallway was gross and breakfast included was false a granola bar or honey bun and coffee is not breakfast I’m so disgusted my grandson was not allowed yo stay with me due to the conditions and I could not afford to go elsewhere

The community is very nice and friendly! Many exits, staff is so nice and overall friendly to everyone. Environment clean and quiet if needed.

Nothing to dislike about the property, just to say parking is truly first come first serve.

Coffee was great, but limited supply of muffins. Front desk staff, Jessica was helpful, friendly and caring.

Upstairs studio had a hyper pet & ran around for a few hours, not able to sleep in.

it were great, like a little studio apartment. clean, comfortable, quiet & safe.

one small complaint...the water pressure in the shower were no bueno.

Staff! The nabager went above and beyond ! She had a sparkling and very welcoming personality!

Rooms needs to be clean more promptly once every other week is not very good to me I suggest leaving cleaning supplies in room when staying over a week

The room and hotel was very clean. The hotel was in a good area, the staff was extremely polite and professional. Will recommend and I will be back.
