Hotel beds: I was surprised at the luxurious silky feel of the sheets, so nice. The bed was very comfortable, kind to the aches and pains of travel. It was also nice to be able to open the 2nd story window for fresh air. The room was spacious and had a business desk for hard wire computer work. The hotel entry was modern, clean and inviting. I enjoyed my stay.

Oddly the bed was placed under a rather ominous ceiling beam. I know, seems like a petty thought. However, I like a spacious ceiling feel over my hotel bed.

The people are so amazing! The front desk is helpful and attentive! The ladies that do breakfast are super nice and friendly! Clean rooms, quiet! Checks all the boxes for relaxing after a long day of hiking! Oh and the heated pool was a plus!

The staff were amazing. I was dealing with a very sensitive and difficult personal situation which is why I was staying there and not at home. The staff was very compassionate and kind during this difficult time. I would whole heartedly recommend this "home away from home" to everyone I know.. I stayed there from 5/8 to 6/1, so I was able to get to see how amazing everyone is at this location. I am so grateful to each and everyone of the staff that helping me and Clii through this stay..

Staff was friendly, location was great, parking was convenient. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. A/C worked great. We didn’t wake early enough for breakfast and didn’t get to use the pool. Location is close by stores, restaurants, etc. We’ll be staying here again.

Our bathroom door didn’t lock, but it was just our family so it didn’t matter. Walls are a little worn in hallways, but rooms look recently remodeled.

Little quirky to find. Would be nice if some toilet articles were available for purchase. Desk clerk sent me to dollar store. Don’t like location of pool but was ok. Believe for Ukiah it’s not good value.

customer service am female ataff refused to refund a day they did not get my verbal consent and I only signed for 7 nights nothing more yet they continued to charge my card and when questioned told I was wrong nor do I get my money back hung up 3x and didn’t give choice hotel points for 11 stays

Nice location, we requested a second floor room and received it, pool, wonderful selection for breakfast!

Door to pool was broken, so staff had to prop it open for us to use, ice maker on second floor was out of order, Directv was not connecting correctly and after a call to the front desk, they suggested resetting the box. Tried that 3 times and it still wouldn't connect correctly so we gave up.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a small issue with the TV and they were on it immediately! We will happily stay here again and would recommend to friends.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The room was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. One older lady on reception during the day was not very friendly at all. But the others made up for it.

A notch above others in its category. Nothing out of the ordinary but everything about the hotel was first rate; clean, comfortable and quiet, better breakfast than most. Felt well cared for if not new.
