Very clean, comfortable bed and bedding, excellent breakfast, nice staff, easy parking, and an excellent location. Room came with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Dove products, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. There is an express shop by the check in desk for snacks and drinks if you would like them. That was super convenient. Hotel location is great. Not far from restaurants or shopping if you need to. Once again I would really like to complement your cleaning staff. Our room was impeccable. I'm an absolute lunatic when it comes to cleanliness, and you guys did not disappoint. Also, again on the breakfast- there is literally something for everyone. Cereal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, bagels, yogurt, etc. They've really knocked the complimentary breakfast out of the park and have set a standard. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The TV is not a smart TV. Very limited in channels and what you can use it for. No ventilation within the restroom. There is no switch for a fan or anything, and the door to the bathroom is heavy and closes itself when you leave the restroom, so it's advisable to prop it open with something to let the shower steam and a/c ventilate the room when you are done. These concerns did not bother us much, as we were busy most of the days, and it was only two of us. But it could be an issue for a larger group with or without children.

I loved how safe we felt. About two blocks away were homeless Crack heads but they weren’t any on our side and we felt totally safe. I was comfortable parking my car over night. Plus our key cars were how we got in and out at night.

They don’t leave the main tv remotes in the room to change the input cause we brought out Xbox. But you just had to walk down stairs and ask for the remote, so it really wasn’t a bad thing.

The breakfast was awesome. There was such a variety of food, and it tasted really good! The staff keep the area super clean and filled up the food containers. The kitchen staff was also very personable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Our housekeeping was impeccable!

Breakfast is ample with eggs, sausage and breads. Nice lounge area for breakfast with TV and glass windows for light. Hotel is clean and neat a bit on the industrial side but nice. Fresh orange water is available in the lobby. Nice touch. I used the walking machine in the gym room, very nice. Every thing is new.

Carpet stains in the elevator. I understand the cost of a big hotel; however, this was a little overpriced for me. Hotel is not luxe it is a travel industrial style hotel.

I could hear music in my room. I called the lobby at 12:30am and nothing changed. I woke up hearing the same music I had to fall asleep to. I talked to the host at the lobby in the morning and she basicly said noone was below my room and made no effort to find the source of the sound I was hearing.. pretty poor customer service that evening and in the morning. I didnt sleep well and was not pleased at all.

the hotel is clean, bright, has cheerful staff, perfect breakfast, and comfortable rooms. My kids had a wonderful time in the pool! Huge thank you to Norma at reception, for giving us an extra hr before having to check out so the kids could stay in the pool a bit longer. I will be staying every month from now on when I drive down to area to see family.

Convenient and beautiful location, scenic views from my room, a large window that let in lots of light, a really nice layout with a good desk and even a place to set my luggage. Immaculately clean and friendly staff.

I liked everything.

Close to highway 101- very convenient stop over. Plenty of good food in the area. Room was large and comfortable with blackout curtains.

The rooms weren’t very sound proof. There was a lot of noise from the hallway.

The hotel is brand new, the room was spacious and well equipped; Ukiah is perfectly located for a stopover en route to the Redwoods Parcs; pretty good breakfast for this type of hotel

Loud fridge and slightly off smell in the room (most likely a cleaning product)

Room was clean; breakfast was very good. It was a nice place to stay, but we arrived late and left early the next morning.

Everything seemed fine. We only stayed for a few hours to shower and sleep while headed to our next destination.
