Some of the equipment didn't work 'til maintenance came to address it: the TV, the safe, and eventually we had to change rooms, and the manager on duty said it was "unfortunate, rather than "we're sorry." Also, we they rekeyed the new room, they only did it for one day, so we got locked out on our second day, and the WiFi had to be reconnected.

The affordability of the room with breakfast a pool and gym. Was the only offer anywhere near this price for the same amenities.

The hallways we’re kind of old and creaky, smelling of cigarette smoke with material covers for the skylights draping down in some areas all of unmatching color and unison.

I didn't care for the ramps on the second floor. It's hard for senor going up and down with a full cart The towels would be better a little Thicker for older heavier people. They're real thin, and you need to use 2 sometimes.. I would like a little later time on the breakfast But it's a nice set up.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check-out time was a civilized 12pm. The room was spacious and had a retro feel to it. It was dated, but I mean that in a good way. The furnishings were of solid wood with granite countertops. Long bakelite bathroom countertop. It was certainly the best Quality Inn experience I've ever had. We were very comfortable and felt welcome.

The only improvements I would suggest would be a deep cleaning (or replacement) of hallway carpeting and to re-upholster (or replace) the room's sofa.

Big, clean room. Big, comfortable beds. Super friendly desk staff. Not bad range of choices for breakfast. Swimming pool. Laundry machines.

A little dingy. Communal areas not spotless. Breakfast stops a little early, at 9:30, and is not great quality. A lot of noise came through the walls. WiFi you have to constantly reconnect to. Safe didn’t work. Nothing that would stop me staying here again: it’s a pretty good value for money choice.

The room size was really wonderful and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was too firm for my back, but I commonly have that problem in medium range hotels. The breakfast was just adequate for me... I have a gluten allergy so that's always hard.

Cleanliness and location

The requirements for a deposit! $200.00 is crazy for a deposit. I have stayed multiple times. It puts a hold on the $$ for 3 days. Most people can't afford to not have access to 200 dollars.

Friendly staff. And perfect pool and Jacuzzi area! Always clean. And Breakfast is always good along with head guy in kitchen who is very nice and welcoming!
