General manager Steve was very pleasant and calm even while a storm knocked out internet causing a delay during check-in for several of us. The room was very large and looked great! 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. Hotel is nice, modern, and an excellent location.

The second floor hallway smelled funny. The second day it smelled like melted rubber mixed with cat urine. It had rained a lot, maybe it brought the smell out. Regardless, it was very unpleasant. We were disappointed to learn that their Starbucks is really just a small handful of coffee options. It’s a counter combining the Marriott bistro with a Starbucks coffee machine.

From the front desk to the bar staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was open until 11 which our kids enjoyed since we didn’t arrive until 9pm. We got the two room suite with couch pull out and it fit our family of 6 great, the room was very spacious. Location was great, about 5 minutes to Park Meadows mall and 15 minutes from the downtown Denver exit (stadium, meow wolf, aquarium, six flags) but was in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Rooms were a little dated but not terribly.

Room was super clean Facility was wonderful Location to light rail and mall was exactly what we were looking for. Staff was super busy, but most tried hard. No road noise from interstate. Bed was super comfortable

Room was ready WAAAAYYYY after 3pm check in time. When we went to check in, gentleman at front desk seemed put off by us bothering him to try to check in. Was kinda short with us and other guests who approached while we were standing there.

I take my grand daughter for 2 nights every year for her birthday. We had trouble finding a place with availability. We decided on your place for convenience to Park Meadows. I had no idea there was so much construction and I had trouble finding the location. The room was very clean and I appreciate that.

The staff was very helpful. The size of the room was good, and we enjoyed having a refrigerator.

Better pillows, harder bed, better lighting over the sink in the bathroom and having an overhead light in the main room. Directions on how to get there when the roads are under construction.

clean. smelled good. the bed was turned towards the window which was a nice change for a hotel room.

people smoking pot at night. the smell was overwhelming in the hall and elevator after 9pm.

the staff were exceptional, they even let me check in 3 hours early. very clean facilities

the location of my room was next to the stairs and so it was kinda loud a couple nights

comfortable and clean very quiet, you cannot even hear people walking around the hallways.

good central location literally 5 minutes from fine restaurants.

Room with king bed and sofa was a very nice combination!

The cost of their little "store" to buy one bottle of ice tea and one bag of chips for a total of $8 was a bit ridiculous. I therefore bought nothing else from them during my stay.

The facilities were clean and the staff was kind to us. We only spent one night at the property as we were on a short trip but we will definitely return at some point. Great location.
