The guy at front desk was so kind & patient. He was welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions for things we asked about.

Everything was great...even the kids (thanks Taylor Swift) that pushed every elevator button weren't irritating as it allowed us to chat with other guests as we picked up passengers on every floor. In 1 trip down we found 9 of us were from suburbs around. Dallas, TX and another was moving there end of summer!! Interesting!!! 😊💙

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. I love that the hotel does not nickel and dime the customers. Free parking, free breakfast with great quality and quantity, free wifi. I don't have to worry about being charged for extra, hidden things. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were great and helpful. We come here every year with our family and we always look forward to it. I love the separate rooms from the bedroom. Also, I love that there is a good size table for a place to eat.

The beds and pillows are getting soft. Some of the furnishings are getting old. They are nice and clean but it needs a bit of updating. Needs new carpet, bedding, beds. Swimming pool is old, cold, and needs to be more clean.

The hotel is nice and clean. The front desk personnel were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was great. I love the choice of getting your own personal omelette made fresh. Plenty of seating options for breakfast and evening reception.

The hot tub was not in working order. Not good when traveling with kids, need a nice soak to relax. The laundry facilities could improve. Maybe consider making the machines electronically able to accept payment. Especially since we have a coin shortage. It’s really inconvenient to go get cash and change cash into quarters.

We liked the ease of checking in/out. The breakfast and Happy Hour were nice, as well. Beds were clean and comfy and the room felt spacious. There was plenty of parking and it felt safe. Shower pressure was great, too.

Happy Hour setup could have been better. If more staff available, should have had a separate line/area during that time. Having nonalcoholic beverages more readily available (not at the bar, too), could have helped, too.

I absolutely love staying here. I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in the area or maybe even the entire Denver metro area. The room layout is perfect, the room is incredibly clean, the staff are always helpful and accommodating. Check out is at 12 and the complementary breakfast is delicious.

Large rooms, comfy beds and the staff are fantastic. Special mention to Ale who has helped us now with check in for our last few visits - great service thank you. Breakfast is also really good. Overall great value for money and very comfortable.

staff was good. Gym was good even with one of elliptical was broken. Great freebie happy hour and super free breakfast. place is clean well staffed and kept up really well for older hotel.

pool not available on all days and no hot tub. pool is small and should just turned into giant hot tub would be best.

I didn’t like the bedding, the bottom sheet came off every night when we rolled over. I didn’t like that our room was only cleaned one time during the eight days that we stayed there. When I’m paying over $200 a night I expect my room to be cleaned at least every other day

The facilities (common areas and room) were clean and in good repair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
