Great location (for my needs). Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The hotel was nicer than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool and hot tub and enjoyed using them. The biggest surprise (for me) was the shower's water pressure. It was so strong, it took me a bit manage. I almost never want to turn down the water pressure in the shower. Usually I would like to increase water pressure if possible. But, I might have turned down the water pressure had it been possible. If you love strong water pressure, you're gonna love their shower.

Breakfast could have been better, but it wasn't the worst breakfast I've had at hotels.

I was positive surprised about a few things: the hairdryer was really good as was the shampoo and conditioner. It might seem like a small thing, but it matters :) The staff was super nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a good variety, and it was great that there was the, coffee, and water available for free at all times. I especially like that there was dark coffee :) Room was big and nice, and it was good that there was a microwave, so I did not have to go out for meal unless I wanted to. The selection of food in the reception was small but adequate. Wifi was good enough to get a bit of work done.

I really don't like having sheet and blanket, and I don't know how to sleep with it properly. I like having a duvet :) There was one time use cutlery and plates for breakfast and in general. I would have liked proper cutlery, plates and cups - that would of course require someone to do the dishes, and this was the easy way.

The room was very nice, with plenty of closet space, very clean and comfortable. We were in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. Traffic was pretty easy to manage, and we could find our way around the area pretty well.

The breakfast could be improved. We are watching our sugar intake, so we can't eat all the pastries and cereal. The eggs and hot items could use some improvement. When we got ready to leave the hotel to come home, we waited an hour for a cart to load our bags, and still none were available. Someone had them held in a room while they did other things. A hotel this size should have at least 5-6 carts available at all times. 2 carts are not adequate for a hotel this big. Also, someone needs to invent an alarm that goes off after a short period of time, to alert the cart user that they need to give the cart up and be considerate of others. I had to make 6 trips up and down the elevator to get all our stuff loaded. We were not happy with this at all.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely big rooms and very comfortable beds. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board and a powerful hairdryer. Breakfast was fab. Sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Assorted breads, bagels and cereals and fruit and yoghurts. Had a computer and printer, which was handy to print out our airline tickets. Had a big pool and spa tub, which is seasonal. Ice machines dotted everywhere, a gym and laundry room. An IHOP was next door too! All in all, this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here

My husband and I liked the spacious bathroom. The entrance looks nice. We had a clean and tidy room, and we slept well. The air conditioner kept our room nice and cool all night long. We also appreciated that our room had a smart TV so we could connect to it and watch youtube.

The shower from our room leaked a lot of water onto the floor, the shower curtain did not help much. They forgot to place toilet paper in our room, luckily the morning we found some on a cart in the hallway. There were also some people next too us that were a little loud late at night.

Location is central to the DTC and highways; we did not see homeless or encampments in the area. We saw Greenwood village police patrol the area so that must help! The breakfast was ok, sometimes I eat it, sometimes not. Coffee was available and semi-decent. The breakfast was very well attended to and monitored well by staff. The hotel communicates by text regarding room cleaning and satisfaction. I had more trouble with my room keys deactivating this trip than usual. We've stayed here multiple times. The lobby is nice and clean and updated.

The elevator needs attention, but it worked when we needed it. It's cosmetic issues - the door panel interiors have been all scratched up by people (awful people) and it's been like this a long time. Also it could be cleaner. It just looks kinda trashy. My husband thought the ice melt out front should have been swept up sooner in the warm weather. We have a maintenance and cleaning business so we are more aware of these things than a normal person.

The room' size and its comfort. Breakfast prepared by Delia, she made a great breakfast and was always attentive to what was needed.

There's no dress code for public areas like dining rooms and hallways, people having breakfast in their pajamas walking in socks or barefoot. That makes me think the rooms can't be hygienic at all. We also didn't like that the cleaning was made every 3 days.

Location is great! Breakfast is decent except the protien is always very undercooked and nearly raw at times. I have been staying here for nearly 6 weeks now while im currently looking for a new home to purchase. I do believe the breakfast and the hotel is a very very good value overall. The staff is incredible!! everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. My only complaint is the raw uncooked bacon. Ive spoken with other guests and they have expressed the same thoughts about the bacon. Everything else is great!

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Everyone was really nice. Price was reasonable.

The hotel is close to the highway, resulting in constant and quite noisy traffic. The windows facing the street need better insulation. I stayed in a room connected to another room, which felt a bit unsettling as only a thin door separated me from strangers. Additionally, it was very noisy; my neighbors arrived late at night, and I could hear every word they said and everything they did, including going to the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice open entry to the room. I liked the choice of which floor my room was on (may have been slow time which was also nice). Friendly staff, safe environment. I may return for a future visit.

Limited views of scenery (location). Other than that, everything else was great. I stayed at another La Quinta in the area last year and this location was much better. I was impressed and may return for a future visit.
