We loved how clean the facilities were and how well the place was taken care of. We also loved the location, we had plenty of places to eat that were near us. There was also a Walmart and a gas station basically down the road from us. So it was nice. The staff was also very accommodating and kind, they really tried to work with you when you had any issues. So whether this reaches the property or not, I just want to say thank you for an amazing stay.

There wasn't many things that we didn't like about this place. There were tons of other people as one of the staff had mentioned that they stay booked through July and August, so it was good that we booked our room when we did. I believe that the biggest thing we didn't like is that the interstate is right behind the hotel, so it can get a bit noisy. During the day if facing the courtyard, you may have to worry about noisy kids while in the pool. But it's all good. We really enjoyed our stay. The only other thing we disliked was how small the tvs are. I only say that because the beds sit a good bits away from the TV so if you're someone like me, my mom, and sister who have bad vision, you may have difficulties seeing the TV.

The only thing I did not like of the property was that the supervisor, Linka, was scolding one of the kitchen employees very harshly in the hallway without any ethics, basically yelling at them. I believe that id very wrong because of the employees of the kitchen give great service. Also, the laundry, people leave clothing in the washing machine and people don’t go to get their clothes on time, leaving one to call reception to have it solved.

Property was great. Great location.

What I didn’t like was manager at Property told us Booking quoted is really high. Prices were much higher for same room 2 1/2 months later than our previous stay via Booking. Always have enjoyed our stays at La Quinta! Had requested first floor due to being disabled. When we arrived I guess they had not received message f on Booking. Hotel did Best to accommodate by putting us next to elevator even though it was on the 4th floor. It was across from elevator. Thank you, Francisco! (At La Quinta) He was was kind and went out of his way to help.

This hotel EXCEEDED our expectations! This was the cheapest hotel in the area & had the absolute BEST amenities, by far! The bed was extremely comfortable and they provided us with 4 big, fluffy, pillows to lay our tired heads on. The room was super large and we even had a private entrance from the courtyard into our room (we were located on ground level). The hot tub was absolutely amazing & the pool area we enjoyed for the whole evening. Don't even get me started on their breakfast buffet, which was amazing as well! They had waffles, good coffee, sausage, eggs, hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt and a whole lot more!

One gripe we had was they only had one working waffle iron, which made the wait longer than normal. Thankfully, we weren't in any kind of rush that morning - so we weren't too upset. The other super minor thing was when we went out to the hot tub around 9 PM here weren't any towels left. Mind you, the pool area closed at 11 PM, so we were cutting it close and do not blame them whatsoever for it not being stocked. Honestly, this wasn't a big issue at all for us though because we just grab one of the extra towels from our room & used that.

From the moment we stepped up to the front desk, our stay was perfect. The young lady who checked us in was the most cheerful person we have encountered on our long road trip. She really was a shinning star that and it was a fabulous way to begin our stay. She even recommended her favorite BBQ spot in KC and it was a home run! The facilities were outstanding, very comfortable, new, clean, quiet and breakfast was the best on our trip. Our stay here was the best experience on our almost 4,500 mile journey.

There was Absolutely nothing that wasn't perfect.

The place was clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent every morning, the meats rotated everyday. This was a very comfortable room and quite alot of space.

The elevators were down, so we had to climb stairs every time we went to our room. We we on the third floor, so it was quite an inconvenience. Also, the air conditioner kept cycling off and on, which made the room quite warm certain times. They put a pexi glass over the vent, which prevented the cold air from coming up.

The hotel was most what I wanted. I do wish the pool and spa would have been open, but I understand it is not the season. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and looked nice. The location is easy to get into and out of. The staff also accommodated a few special needs that they did their best to live up to.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and seemed to be running a bit hard for the cool it was producing. Also housekeeping seemed to miss a few details, but it was not impactful of my stay.

The bfast was so-so...eggs not good...taste imitation. Overall, stay was great and location to two great restaurants was the reason for my booking choice (to catch Denver Nuggets game next door)

First room was not flipped yet upon entry so had to change rooms. The inconvenience dragged on a bit so by the time I was settled in my room I lost the evening and just stayed in and had snacks. The front desk was courteous and apologetic.

Bathroom are clean Updated bathroom necessities such as shower, conditioner and lotion and not traditional hotel bars Beds are comfortable and decent when sleeping at nights Parking is well conventient and well respected Coffee and some amenities are available after breakfast hours

Breakfast is like any other hotel; waffles, egg beater eggs, etc… Smell of marijuana all around Air Conditioner needs to be checked on a basis.

Everything was great. Room was clean excellent condition bed slept well plenty of pillows air conditioning which was needed was good. The staff was very professional and helpful.

The walls are too thin the people next to us were very loud talkers it carried through the walls and the door. They had the TV on loud until after 3:00 in the morning which really Disturbed our sleep. Other than that I have no complaints at all yes excellent good
