This hotel was so much better than I expected. First, Christy! She works front desk and helped me figure out Booking.com’s mistakes and helped keep me calm in a strange airport in a place I’d never been before. She was at the desk when we arrived 3 hours too early to check in and offered to keep our backpacks for us while we waited for our early check in at 1pm. She helped make the process so much smoother and less stressful. We decided to make the walk to Target, with a Starbucks! Turned out the walk was less than 7 minutes. There was a variety of walkable restaurants and things to do nearby. The room was nice, very clean, and the bed was comfy. No smell of smoke at all, as it is a 100% nonsmoking hotel, with a smoking section outside. The indoor pool was heated and clean. Towels provided in pool area. Breakfasts served every morning 6-9am (10am on weekends). Those potatoes are to die for. Waffle maker and fresh fruit, with some bread and pastries available. Hot tea and coffee available all day. Fridge and microwave in room. I was seriously impressed at the prices and quality of the Sleep Inn.

Booking was my only issue.

We could not smell pot like we did the night before at a competitor hotel even though they had a sign up that said no smoking any any kind to include weed. Your hotel was very clean staff looked and acted professionally. My dad owned several hotel in the 70's and I always take note of the little things when I travel. My wife and I were very pleased with your hotel and would stay with you again next time we travel to Denver. We booked two nights in Denver and we wished we would have booked both nights with your hotel.

This one is a hard one to answer because my wife and I liked our stay with you.

Breakfast, parking , pool , and right off the highway and a nice mountain view off the 3rd floor

The manager is a Karen, and you can't pay to check in earlier then 1:00pm and you should be able to especially if the hotel wasn't filled the night before and especially for people coming from out of state , over 12hrs of , (driving) in particular should be granted early access to their room already reserved, we slept In our car for 4plus hrs intill they got a room cleaned and ready , sheeshhhhhhhhhh

The location was close to restaurants and activities. It was also close to the interstate, so it made getting around easy. Also, great location to be able to access the light rail for attending the event we came to Denver for.

The pillows were uncomfy and we ended up purchasing pillows for our stay! That was the only complaint we had!

The location of the hotel is in a very convenient place and nearby a lot of restaurants and bars. And the closeness to the 25 is very convenient for getting to places fast like downtown to a lot more food restaurants or the Botanical Garden.

The only bad thing was that our TV didn't work. It would turn on and only played sound but no picture showed up. It wasn't really important to us though since we tried to spend as much time not in the room as possible.

Great Room, tiny and a little outdated but comfy very home feeling. Bed was very comfortable.

African American lady at front desk was rude made no eye contact, nothing when asked a question just left her head down spent most her time outside on the phone smoking. Then when was outside ourselves noticed strange activity between 2 cars in the parking lot. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and there wasn't a hot tub...pool yes heated absolutely not ice pool.

staff members from the hotel were amazing. Literally not a hyperbole they were a 10+. my wife and I forgot to bring toothpaste and razor to shave,  staff members at the front desk were able to provide us with a disposable razor, and a few mini packets of toothpaste. Breakfast was always stocked and room service was amazing

Location, price,room all were good,employees were nice

Payed for a later stay till 1pm housekeeper came by at 9am and noon to clean the room,so no communication between office and housekeeping saying that room would stay later plus we put do not disturb on door

The Sleep Inn was the highlight of our entire vacation trip. We stayed at 5 hotels/motels during our road trip and we loved everything about this location.

The parking entrance needed repairs as our car took quite a beating due to the pot holes or uneven driveway.

Room was clean and quiet. They had a nice breakfast every morning. Was very close to PappaDeaux's Seafood. A great place to eat.

They would have gotten extra points for gluten free waffles
