The hotel was super clean and the room was pretty big and had a lot of space to store our stuff. The hot water is super hot (my favorite) and it's unlimited so you can have infinite hot baths! The pool was small and shallow but it's an open hotel pool in colorado so I can't complain. Theres a little snackbar with snacks you can purchase, it's pricey but convienent nonetheless.

I didn't like the sketchy parking and sketchy area of town. I also didnt like that my room said "mountain view" on the booking but my view was crackheads and a wall.

Comfortable large clean room at the back of the hotel which meant it was quiet

The hotel took a £120 deposit from me at the desk directly from my bank account to cover any purchases I might make in the hotel. I didn’t spend anything extra and I still haven’t had the £120 returned a week later. This is the first time I have been charged in this way and I was not made aware of the charge when booking. Seems outrageous that they can hold on to your money for over a week and you cannot get it back

Beds were very comfortable, room was good size and everything clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast was amazing, offered a great selection and kept it full and clean.

The added 25% hold on my card to cover possible amenities was unnecessary and unexpected. If I want to spend more money at the hotel I would much prefer to pay as you go. To also not have that money immediately available after check out is excessive.. Parking was limited with the construction going on.

The breakfast was nice, and the location was convenient for getting to all of the hiking trails that I wanted to go to. It was also nice to have a place to store leftovers if I got food from anywhere.

I was unable to reach the HDMI behind the TV so that I could watch things from my portable devices so I wasn't able to enjoy the TV much on the day I had to stay in since I was feeling unwell.

The room was super clean. The staff was very responsive, professional, and cheerful. The shower had nice pressure and kept the temperature well. The curtains blocked out light nicely and there were two; one that let in light and one that didn't. The windows could be opened. There were plenty of electrical outlets. The breakfast was quite decent for hotel food. The indoor pool was clean and inviting.

The toilet wobbled a little bit when we brought it up to the staff, they offered to fix it right away. The price tag is a bit high but similar to other hotels. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but still comfortable.

The location suited us perfectly, though clearly this may not be the case for everyone as Colorado Springs is big. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we got. The room was of a good size, but an extra light would not have gone amiss (!) and the beds were comfortable. I always appreciate real crockery and cutlery for breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit small. I think that rooms at the front may hear I25 noise.

The continental breakfast staff looked like they had just crawled out of bed and were wearing their sleepwear. They were not cleaning tables after guests left, the coffee cups and lids were not being restocked, and the garbage cans were overflowing. You could hear them screwing around in their back room.

property was located near main highway, had restaurant that offered room service and a bar in the hotel. was very clean, great view.

The property is under construction, mess/debris was well contained so didn’t affect my stay. We did order dinner from the pizza place in the hotel and had it brought to our room, when we sat down to eat we realized the pizza had been hastily slid onto the pizza round because we lost the toppings on some of one of the pizzas, like, the literally separated the toppings from the crust with the cardboard pizza round.

Hotel room and facilities are very nice. Great rooms for the price. Most of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Every hotel staff member is very very helpful and very polite except the woman(Woman wearing an ear hangings with a heart) at the breakfast serving. She doesn't seem to be happy serving the breakfast. Doesn't respond well and no smile at all. It would be better to move her off of that work. People like to see happy faces at the breakfast serving as it is the start of the day.

Clean and very close to everything we wanted and needed! Close to the highway. Had a full bar with toasty drinks right in the lobby. we enjoyed the pizza room service and the breakfast buffet was included! Very clean, comfy beds, this was such a good deal, when we need to stop as we pass through, we will stay here from now on! Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. We are traveling with two other families and they got us all in the same hall, very close to one another. they even hooked me up with an ADA room since I broke my ankle last week. Keep it up, Best Western!

Everything was outstanding and I see why their ratings were so high.
