The property was clean, inviting, and well maintained Terry was the front desk person and he was kind and patient,a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well as the little food bar they had.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good selection.

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak out our window. Would have been even better on the 3rd and 4th floors. We spent 4 days in Colorado Springs and ventured out to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Florissant Fossil Park, and Pikes Peak, as well as a few breweries and a cidery and restaurants in town. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room and facility was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

We arrived late at night after driving and were met by a very friendly front desk attendant. She was kind and friendly, a relief being so tired! The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little different each day and was so good each time. We could happily stay here again!

The pillows in the rooms are down or feather, for a side sleeper it was not good. They swished straight to the mattress. I had to find a store and purchase a new pillow.

Great location, very close to most of the attractions we planned on visiting. Front desk personnel was amazing and very friendly! Breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here if we go to Colorado Springs again.

During our stay one of the elevators was not working, not a big deal but it was either waiting a little longer to go to the 4th floor to our room or use the stairs. I agree with some of the reviews about the bathroom being tiny, not a deal breaker for us but just a heads up.

Room was clean, great views of the mountains, and close access to just about everything.

The staff were amazing. Robert and, can’t remember her name, on swing shift were very pleasant and accommodating. The happy hour was spot on. Even if you don’t drink Robert was friendly and talkative and the others around socialized and had a good time. This is a good add. Made it feel cozy.

So far back with no signs to get in. Some homeless walking around area.

So many things to like: Late checkout (midday). Complimentary breakfast. Pool and fitness center. Really large room. Free parking. Close to the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and various stores and restaurants.

No housekeeping services, even after I specifically asked for housekeeping to just empty the trash in our room and nothing else.

I loved that we had a suite type room. The cafe bar was nice in the lobby. staff was on top of anything we needed. Breakfast was very good: coffee tea milk juice, eggs bacon sausage, cereal or oatmeal, and fruit or yogurt. I will stay here again.

Elsa out 11 lbs dachshund found several things left behind by previous guests on the floor in our room that she shouldn’t have, but we caught in time before she was hurt.

Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. Grab bars well placed in our room. Pool was very nice, outdoors and comfortably heated. Staff at desk were very helpful throughout our stay.

I am not comfortable with cleaning staff sharing elevator with me without wearing mask. I think it would be appropriate for cleaning staff to take down mask while cleaning a room, but to wear mask in common areas such as hallways. Several cleaning staff were in hallways without masks. I especially think that the staff member with a notebook, who traveled on the elevator with me and appeared to be dressed like the cleaning staff, should have been wearing a mask. I also have been concerned about the number of visitors who were not wearing masks in lobby and elevators (and they were not eating or drinking). I also think that the price per room was higher than I would like to pay in the future.
