The facility was clean, room was clean and comfortable. Nice water pressure, easy access to the interstate and many other things close by from food to shopping. Decent breakfast accommodations.

Can be very loud, we were on the first floor, so I definitely expected noise. But there was a lot of stomping going on for many nights, almost like kids jumping around for hours and loud voices through the hallways. Also, If you do utilize their complementary breakfast you will find the space to be very cramped and feel very hovered, try to get in early if you can. Enjoyed the hot tub, but it was apart of the pool, so if their is kiddos in the pool be prepared to get extra wet with cannon ball splash lol.

We booked a very spacious double king room. Everything inside was spot on. The bathroom was large and immaculate. The beds were comfortable, and the linen smelled fresh and looked clean. They have the shampoo and conditioner from Dove (the cucumber one), which I greatly enjoyed. They provide a coffee machine inside the room, with two regular coffee pods, a decaf, and coffee creamer. The hotel's location is pretty central, conveniently close to a highway that provides direct access to the city center. Despite limited sidewalks, the surrounding area was decent, preventing us from taking evening strolls. The hotel is near a highway shoulder and an industrial area, but we never felt any danger. The famous Garden of the Gods is just a 10-minute drive away, and the Zoo, which provided us with a fantastic experience, is a mere 15-minute drive away. We also took the opportunity to visit the National Museum of WWII Aviation, which was conveniently located within a 10-minute drive. While the pool and jacuzzi were on the smaller side, we didn't have a chance to try them out during our two-night stay. The breakfast was OK. It consisted of butter, bagels, toast, yogurts, waffles, and cream cheese. They do not have omelet, fried, or bacon, but that didn't bother us as we are not used to eating that in the morning. Overall, the money we paid was an excellent investment as it was close to all touristic areas. The staff was welcoming and friendly too!

The breakfast area is pretty tiny, and there is no room for people to stay and enjoy the breakfast. On the first day, we found a table, but on the second day, we returned to our room and ate there.

Drug users outside. Alot of homeless around. Not a good neighborhood. An older lady receptionist had entire front desk smelling like cigarettes because she was smoking outside every chance she had. If no one was checking in. Staff was outside smoking and didnt see people at desk sometimes. They want to charge us $250 if we smoke in rooms but entire lobby already smells like smoke because staff is always right outside smoking. Big gaps under doors. Unsafe

The breakfast was ok for a light breakfast. They only had cerial,toast,fruit,juice outand waffles. The coffee machine was broke. They tried to get it fixed but couldn't get anyone out for the two Days I was there. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we were looking for a place to eat dinner at. The place we were asking about the lady at the desk said it was good but gave us better place.

The bathroom was small. The lavertory is out side the bath room. It only has a small sink,counter and mirror.

The staff on day shift the girl allergic to the cat is super friendly and helpful amazing service and the lady that worked that night up front was super friendly and patient with my needy girls and mama I so appreciated their hospitality it was an over all great experience only thing I didn't like was the salt water 💦 """"MARIA THE CLEANING LADY THAT HAS THE DAUGHTER IN THE WHEELCHAIR IS AMAZING AWESOME AND OVER ALL A DELIGHT SHE DESERVES A RAISE SHE GOES WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL WELCOME AT HOME AND WELL CARED FOR YOU GUYS FOUND A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH THERE IN COLORADO SPRINGS

Breakfast consisted of too many carbs, so I didn't partake. The coffee was good and appreciated.

I waited about 10 minutes to get checked in while the receptionist took another customer's phone call. I was tired, had already reserved my room and just wanted to be acknowledged and taken care of. Our waste basket was overflowing after day 1, and we were out of toilet paper. If you can find the staff, daily housekeeping would be appreciated, at least empty trash and make sure that necessities were available.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to all the attractions around the city. The hotel is located in a nice area, and I was not worried about crime at all. The staff was actually extremely nice and answered all my questions, and even recommended things for me to do. The breakfast was great even though it was really small. Housekeeping was exceptional.

The only thing I would’ve liked was if the bathroom was a little bit nicer. It felt like a lower quality bathroom for a suite. I do not have any other complaints!

It was pedestrian-friendly (for daily jogs up Garden of the Gods Road. The whirlpool was awesome (just a tad-bit small). The staff were friendly and responsive. They had a washer/dryer! It was close to Raising Cane's!

One staff member, after I asked him a question, simply got up and met my need. However, he did not utter a word. Around 6:00 a.m. on 8.10.23, so perhaps he was tired and did the best he could do to accommodate.

The staff was really nice. The room seemed pretty clean. The pool seemed to be a big hit with the other families staying there (although we ourselves didn't have time to enjoy it ourselves). We really like the room layout for the room with three queens. We also liked that the sink/vanity was separate from the shower/toilet enabling everyone to get ready more efficiently. There were lots of food options nearby.

Location wasn’t the greatest (the name -in my opinion-would insinuate you were in or even really close to the GOTG which was not the case. Tables at breakfast were not clean. I understand being overworked and understaffed but host restocking breakfast was a tad cranky and short. Breakfast was not the ‘norm’ hot breakfast that most hotels have but did have waffles (if you had time to stand in line) and a microwave sausage biscuit. Again host was a little cranky when we told her the juice was empty…she already knew…she knew the orange was out and I was trying to tell her the apple was out as well but I just let it go…
