Greeted when we arrived. Check-in was efficient and informative thanks to out host helping us with several questions about the area. Room was very quiet, clean, comfortable and all functioned properly. Clearly the owners take pride in their property. The place was full for several nights; guests were respectful and quiet for the benefit of all. We enjoyed our stay, ease of location, conversations with the owners and certainly hope to visit again.

Someone was smoking a short distance from our AC unit. Not a big deal, just waited a short time for the guest to go back inside before we turned on the unit. What worked: We kept the drapes closed during the heat of the day and the room was still cool when we arrived in the evenings.

The first thing I noticed was all the flowers and color which makes everything feel the warmth of home. The owners were beyond kind and willing to help my grandson and I with anything. We unexpectedly needed to remain an extra night and they went beyond what they needed to do. They kindly let my grandson help them water the flowers and asked everyday what we needed. They are very knowledgeable of their beautiful area and give great advice on destinations. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the inn is very quiet. We'll be happy to visit again.

Stopped at this hotel while visiting Black canyon of the Gunnison national park, and enjoyed it a lot! Room was very clean, comfortable and nice looking and had everything you need and beyond. In additional to microwave and refrigerator, there was also an actual stove and sink for washing dishes (this is actually the first time I see that in a hotel). Bathroom was clean, bathroom supplies were provided, AC and wi-fi worked well. The owner was very nice. Definitely recommend this location for your stay.

Value Lodge inn was a really perfect place to stay. Location was perfect - it’s just a couple miles from Black Canyon, Ouray, Telluride, Silverton and many other places. Owners of the Hotel are really kind people and we have felt with them like at home. Without any doubts we would stay there next time. Room was very cosy, clean and deserves good recommendation.

The room was great. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The heater worked well. There was also a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room.

There was nothing that I didn't like. the hotel staff was very helpful and I had a very pleasent stay. I will stay there again next time I'm in town.

No breakfast, even though there was a cute room and tables . Cable worked. It was on the ground floor. Enough pillows. Towels a bit threadbare and skimpy, but clean. Coffee and coffee maker in room, along with a microwave and fridge. Beautiful flowers in planters. Looks like the pool was converted into a patio to sit on. Free ice.

Restaurants close by closed early or were not open. The room was very spacious and the owners very approachable and friendly. Accommodated any requested needs. Even though it was close to the road, it was very quiet as new windows were recently installed New AC & ran very well. Owners take special care with fresh colorful flowers all over the front.

I was very happy with John, the host, when he came to our room and fixed the deadbolt so we could lock the door properly. We thanked him for making us feel safer!

The bath tub needed more non slip treads. There were 4 of them close to the front of the tub, but needed some behind those to make me feel safe in there. I did mention it to our host! Also would have liked to have had a small breakfast-They only had coffee (in the room).

I was visiting family in Delta and Olathe and it was convenient to both. Owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean.

As with any older property the walls were a bit thin but I have a noise-maker on my phone and I had no problems sleeping.

Unfortunately we didn't get a breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been delightful! What I liked was the comfortable bed and the location. My son and I especially enjoyed meeting the owner and learning some of the interesting history of Poland!
