Facility was beautiful. The location was so nice! 20 minutes, at most 30 minute drive to all the fun activities Denver has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants and all together a quiet area. Pool was amazing, wasn’t very busy so we had it to ourselves several times while staying there.

We were originally denied the breakfast for our entire family when checking into the hotel. We were only given “tickets” for two people out of our party of five. When I asked to buy additional “tickets” for our children, we were told we couldn't and we could just buy our kids cereal from the store at the hotel. Spent 1-2 hours the next day on the phone with the hotel chat option and the third party booking agency to get the breakfast for our children as well.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great. The amenities, pool, rooms are all great. We walked the hotel, and enjoyed the layout, and our king room was very comfortable and clean to very well standards. The parking is easy, and parking garage is attached to hotel lobby which is nice. Staff was kind when we needed extra towels, and help finding vending machines in hotel.

The single complaint we have is the walls are paper thin. We heard people talking next door all night. One night our family was awoken by someone banging on the door to the left of us, from 3:30am-4:15am. We called the hotel to inform them and they said they’d send security and they never did. It made it uncomfortable when out elementary child is crying and scared. I wish they would’ve handled this better. I understand others actions are out of their control, but how they handle them isn’t. Not a deal breaker, just worth mentioning!

Excellent location, always a very friendly staff, I enjoyed the taphouse cocktails as well as the steak meal from the kitchen, there's a lot of room for parking, and the establishment always looks spotless. This place always looks great and the rooms are awesome for the price. Having a pool is nice as well.

There was a cord in room 844 which was strung across part of the floor. The bed was comfortable, but seemed to have a structural issue on the corner nearest to the door of the room. I noticed this when I put my bag on the bed as soon as I walked in. It was a bit bothersome during the night. This is the first time I've ever experienced ANY problem; I've stayed here probably a dozen times in the past five past years and it's been amazing every time. Wish they had a tub, though they do have saunas. Just not the same to me I guess.

This hotel was in the business district and we felt very safe. Had lots of options for food near by. The hotel was beautiful as you walk in and I was welcomed by the front desk with a smile! Our room was beautiful as well. The only complaint we had regarding the room was the bathroom was small and the door opened into the bathroom, making it extremely difficult to maneuver around when more than 1 person was in there. If the door would've opened into the room instead, it would've been much easier. Also, our shower head wasn't very powerful as we couldn't get the water to come fully through the shower head (majority still came through the main spigot). The pool was fantastic and a really nice design as they had the deep end in the middle of the pool so you had 2 shallow ends. This was really nice when there were other people in the pool, we had our own end and the other party stayed on their end. Only thing that was disappointing was no hot tub. But we were aware of this when booking. Just would've been nice. The temp of the pool was nice as well, not freezing cold so you could actually enjoy it! We didn't take advantage of the dining options as they were a little spendy in our opinions & just preferred going to McDonald's just down the street for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Denver again.

No hot tub, had to pay for parking, and dining options were a little spendy for what you got.

This is a good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good soundproofing, plenty of parking in a good area close to the Interstate.

I needed to move from another Hyatt that was undergoing noisy renovations. The manager at this Hyatt lied to me and said the hotel was completely full. I walked outside, booked and paid through booking.com, walked back inside and checked in without any problems. There was zero apology or explanation from the manager about why he lied to me. Also the Wi-Fi was out for 4 out 8 days. Again -no apology or explanation.

Loved the Staff at the restaurant/barr ROOT-Chris, Alicia and the others; liked the staff at teh Reception:very helpful contrary tothose cleaning the rooms who made our stay alittlle tricky--- changing the times of clean-up, loosing some of our clothes which got eventualy found and we loved the gentleman at Breakfast who smiled Manuel all the time. Facilities were truly grand with a good swimming pool where we met other friends and the gym and the overall building surrounded by flowers and gardens- well done!

I believe in summer needs water in room and refrigerator but in a good nice cabinet. Not on the floor. I believe in the surround area there are hotels competitors like yours you can check their rooms and compare how confi the people are. Also the very first thing people look is safety. Safety exist. Evacuation plan, people feel secure, fire distinguisher same place in every level. In manufacturing employees going home safe same as going in a business or any ocation

I like to hear about snack store and todays special lunch and diner. Like a welcome

The hotel in itself is very nice & clean. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. The staff were very friendly & helpful if we needed anything. The location is nice as you can drive/Uber to some main attractions within 7-20 minutes.

The only complaint is that the breakfast is not free. My husband had the breakfast and complained that it was not good. The sausage/eggs were undercooked and overall it just wasn’t worth $20 for breakfast. Would recommend going somewhere else to eat.

The facilities were very beautiful and maintained..our room was very comfortable . Your staff was very friendly and helpful particularly the bartenders on Thursday and Friday evening.

. Our only real problem was one morning at breakfast we tried to pay with a $100 bill and were told it was no good. The staff member who I believe was a manager just kept holding it up to the light and never made it clear what exactly it was missing. It was very confusing so we spent some time trying to research what exactly was wrong with the bill. Frustrated, we finally went down to the front desk and the associate there used the marker that checks bills and it came out ok and he even tested it with a blue light. There was never any evidence that the bill was fake. Being made to feel that we were trying to pass a counterfeit bill was very embarrassing.

Fabulous staff all around and beautiful place. It was my daughter's 16 th Birthday, our suite accidentally was double booked. The friendly staff seamlessly and ever so professionally upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. This gesture of kindness made it so special for her and us. The suite was gorgeous & made a lifelong memory. We will definitely be back!

I'd love a hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker for this great spot.
