The breakfast was beyond our expectations. There was a variaty of choices and you could have eggs to order if you wanted. we especially enjoyed the hospitality of your wait staff. The outside pool was a great way to spend an afternoon lazing around in your own semi-private cabana. Delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and an outside deck was an unexpected bonus. We really appreciate your free shuttle service

I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a newspaper available to read with my morning coffee. Another minus was that there was ample parking around the property but you had to pay for it. Whats up with that?

There was no hot water kettle in the room. Although there was a coffee maker, it did not help much to get hot water out of it.. Bar facing room has a minor problem of hearing people having a good time in the evening :-) so might be better to put an extra sound insulation. Bathtub was severely clogged and took 5 min to be drained and could not be unclogged even if I talked to the house cleaning staff. (Taking a shower filled up the half of the bathtub feeling like being in a shallow river… )

I always tried to save a penny buy staying in a dump while in Denver... I loved everything about this place..the pool..the breakfast was awesome. You didn't hear anyone walking up and down the halls.. good parking close to the light rail for concerts... the bathroom had real size bottle of soap shampoo and towels..

What didn't I like... that it took me forever to find this place

We had a meal of appetizers at Zink on Friday, July 29. Food was tasty and the two bartenders were friendly, yet professional. We also enjoyed the pool and the side table cabanas for shade and privacy. Liked the salt vs. chlorine pool treatment, and the water temperature was terrific. Convenient to Fiddler's Green amphitheater and light rail to get around.

Front desk staff was efficient, but could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming.

I liked that this property is a Concert Hotel with shuttle service to the concert. The shuttle driver played the music for the concert that we were going to. Then walked us to security & made sure we got into the concert! Also loved the Restaurant Zink at the Hotel. Great food, service & prices!

The rooms were very nice. The outdoor pool was close to our rooms with nice seating areas for non swimmers. The staff were all courteous and helpful.

There was no hot water for showers the morning we checked out. There was no hotel information in our room would be nice to even just have a scan code link for hotel map and information.

The room was comfortable and clean

The only negative thing I have about the room was that we could hear the elevator mechanical room every few seconds. My husband is hard of hearing, but the sound of that room was very annoying to him.

I enjoyed everything.

The price of beer was a bit expensive. 8 dollars for a domestic beer plus tip is 10. If you want to increase business in the bar lower the prices by a dollar or 2. But no big deal. The bartenders were great.

The facility itself was very nice. The employees made the visit "sparkle". They were all very friendly and upbeat. We were there during the Taylor Swift and Rockies v Yankees weekend. Two totally different sets of clientele!

I booked this room in a last minute panic after booking another hotel that turned out to be pretty unsafe and sketchy. I was immediately checked into my room and relieved just after 15 minutes of booking. They have a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. The pools looked great. On site parking, and overall a great location. I felt really safe staying here!!! Will be staying again while coming up for work.
