Location was nice; across the street from an I-Hop. Other eateries and stores close by. Room size was very good. Aditi was very nice and helpful.

It took three asks to get the safe charge reversed. I asked when I checked out and was told it would be automatic; not. I called and asked to have it reversed and that I would receive an email; not. I had to call a third time to get the charge reversed. Still didnt get an email, but the charge was finally reversed.

Gabriel at the front desk was fantastic going above and beyond to accommodate our families changing room stays. He helped me add a room, matching a 3rd party vendor, last minute with ease.

On the 3rd day of our stay, i forgot to remove our dnd tag. While out for the day, I called the hotel to tell them they could go in our room as we were previously told it was required to have the room cleaned every 3 days. The front desk about 9:30am) left me on hold for 10 mins. I finally hung up-your hold message is a form of torture.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It's in a safe area. Our room was in good shape and everything worked as expected. However, the hotel's WiFi is an unsafe open network with security that hasn't been updated in so long, that windows 11 home's basic security features flatly refused to allow me to connect to it. If you need a connection you will have to bring your own. If you are traveling long distance and need to do laundry, you should know that the facilities are broken and there is no anticipation of fixing it anytime soon. We didn't get breakfast so cannot comment on that.

This is a bit of a gem among 2 star hotels. Nothing spectacular, though rooms are reasonably sized they are a bit older. But it is very well run. Check in is efficient, housekeeping excellent (much better than at its neighbor the Homewood Suites where I also stayed), the tiny gym is adequate (and was largely empty when I was there), and it is quiet. It should be stressed it is very clean (despite some reviews saying the opposite which I suspect were planted). Excellent value, better than some more expensive nearby competitors.

The breakfast was very simple and didn't look very appetizing and was only served to 9 (except on weekends). So I just skipped it. The location is not great as it is a good 15-20 minutes drive to the university (CSU) and downtown, though there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance and its in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.

upon check-in, Gabriel very kindly changed our room to one on the first floor and very near an entrance to accommodate my travel companion who has mobility issues. A bit later, when my lighter broke, Gabriel searched everywhere for matches for me to no avail. However, another one of your employees, Zak, overheard and gave me a lighter he claimed was "extra." Service over and above from both of these gentlemen. Give them each a raise.

Very luxurious beds. We got a handicap room for my severely disabled mother. The hard floor beyond the bed area made it easier for her to navigate her walker. We had had to cancel a reservation at another hotel due to the fact that they didn't have a handicap room as promised. The replacement room had nothing for her to grab onto and wouldn't work. We instead landed here. Amazing the difference a simple grab bar makes!

Absolutely loved level of cleanliness! Bed was fantastic! Room very clean. Breakfast selection was OK but glad to have one. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Really appreciated whatever level of air filtration the hotel has. I felt like good clean air was kicking out the whole time.

Hot tub and pool seemed outdated. That's it. Everything else was great.

the breakfast was great, staff extremely nice. I even had an issue with payment after the stay and it was resolved with mutual respect. definitely will recommend this place in the future once I live in FoCo.

wanted to use the pool and hot tube but it was out of order a few of the nights. so that was a bummer.

The hotel was in a quiet location and it was very clean plus the price was good.

I did not like that fact that when I reported that the toilet was clogged instead of calling maintenance they just gave me a plunger. I was unable to unclog it so in the end they had to call maintenance anyway so it was a total waste of my time and effort.

Although the lobby and hallways are not stellar, they are fine. our room was nice, and the housekeeping was excellent — clean bedding and well-kept every day, which is something to point out, post Covid, since most hotels won’t clean your room unless requested. Good coffee!

Our refrigerator was not at all cold — it kept things lukewarm. Breakfast was OK, Although the weekend breakfast could improve. The coffee was very good, and always hot and ready by 6 AM.
