Comfort Inn & Suites Glenwood Springs On The River

The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, but the waffles from the waffle bar were exceptional. Also, the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

Someone in the room above us was smoking and it was coming into our room through the air vents so our room smelled like smoke every time we walked in. Also our key card had to be remade 3 times before we could get into our room, but the staff was friendly and were happy to help.

Hotel was going through some remodeling, so only one door was available to enter the lobby, but that's to be expected when weather permits ( you probably cant lay new tile during ski season) Room was nice, people were super friendly. Breakfast was standard and well stocked. We just came for the night before going to Aspen, then on to Ouray.

No real critiques. Good Rate, convenient location.

It was mostly a continental breakfast, even though we were told that it was a full breakfast. They added scrambled eggs ,link sausage, and waffle mix to the menu, so you could also make your own waffles. The waffles were really good!

The noise from traffic off the highway, and it was inconvenient to walk across the street to use the swimming pool and hot tub facilities.

The price and availability. It was an unplanned stop and the check in and stay were seamless.

The room was really hot when I first got there and needed good airflow to rid the smell, but it was fine after about 20 minutes.

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

The property was in the middle of a renovation. Even so, the staff was courteous and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

The view was absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly. Room was very clean as well as the hotel lobby. We will be returning again for sure.

The only thing I didn't like was we got put into a room that was different then what the pictures showed that I was booking but that being said, it was still enough room for us and it was very clean so didn't even tell the front desk about it.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Could tell the room had recently been updated which was nice.

The pool was sad. It was across the street and although indoors was not heated.

The parking wasn't the greatest. No spaces available in front of hotel.

Rooms were clean, Nice staff, good breakfast, beautiful location. Large tv, microwave, fridge and small seating area with a couch in room.

Had to go to pool across the street and hot tub very dirty and moldy or missing tiles on wall next to hot tub.

The hotel staff and facility were very nice. Would highly recommend staying at this facility.

Everything at the hotel was great. The only concern that I had was with the Booking app. On the app, it gave me a total for the transaction including tax. But when I got to the hotel it was a few dollars more. The clerk said that was what they were provided by Booking. Why the difference after the app gave me a total?
