Great location within walking distance of shopping, convenience stores, gas stations, and a great Mexican restaurant. Close to hot springs and the downtown shopping district. My room was HUGE but priced as much as a smaller space would have cost me. It was inside of a dorm-type inner hallway with other young people traveling without having to share a space like a hostel. Plenty of places to charge your devices, lots of room to hang your clothes and store your luggage. Most rooms are on the ground floor if stairs are too much. I didn’t get a chance to use the shower so I can’t speak to that. My room had beautiful stained glass windows and it was very quiet all throughout my two night stay. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend visiting the hot springs while you’re there, and visiting the downtown area where you can tour the building where Doc Holliday stayed at the time of his death. There’s a great rock & mineral shop there too where Infound some amazing jewelry and meaningful stones to guide my travels.
The woman who checked me into my room was helpful in setting me up with that nice corner room, and informative about nearby attractions, but I felt a bit uncomfortable when she said she watched me on camera unloading my luggage and told me not to bring so much into my room with me. I was just grabbing a different outfit from my large suitcase but honestly that’s none of her business what I bring with me.

We loved this place! Mid-century modern furniture and decor lovingly cared for. "Dated" but in a good way--fun and interesting. A real host who greeted us warmly and personably at reception. We had a suite with two spacious bedrooms and shared bath with a tiny refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the entryway. Everything we needed. Try to get a room away from the street to avoid road noise.
Pillows could have been better. Not a place for sleeping late since the plumbing is quite noisy and everyone seemed to get up early.

This was one of our favorite overnight stops on our 14-day Colorado holiday. We were given a large second-floor room that was exceptionally clean, with colorful flower boxes on the balcony, a mountain view, and well-constructed windows and sliding glass doors with intact screens (a rarity in motels, it seems). The gentleman who checked us in couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast would have been nice, but there are a couple of early-opening cafes within walking distance (a nice walk over a footbridge to the downtown, with a view of the hot springs en route). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

This place is a hidden gem right in the middle of everything. The room was large, clean, and very quaint, with a large walk-in closet. Water pressure and hot water were great. The staff was wonderful also. The location was perfect. We walked to the hot springs and restaurants. This would be a great place for a honeymoon or couples retreat... I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. Would definitely stay here again!!
My husband and I thought about this, and honestly, we couldn't come up with anything we didn't like. You only get a couple towels, but we understand why, with the hot springs so close.

Cute older place that has been lovingly maintained. It's super close to the major hot springs pool in town and on the same road as the access to the newer, really fun hot springs pool. We got in after the town had pretty much closed for the night and our host was gracious and kind. Check out was as simple as leave the key and drive away which was great because we needed to be on the road early the next morning (before the town reopened, more or less).
If I recall, there's an image of people swimming -- they aren't swimming at this hotel. They are at the main pool in town. The wifi is there, but it was just a tad slow.

The room was as expected: not fancy, but a good deal for the price. Our family of two adults and two kids was perfectly comfortable. The room was nicely cleaned each day. It was in a great location to explore Glenwood Springs: walking distance to all the attractions we were interested in. The beds were nice.
The room furnishings felt outdated. There weren't many accesories in the room beyond the basics (but this was expected, as it matches the room description online).

I loved the connected two bedroom. It gave our kids and grandparents more time with each other than if we had two separate rooms. And sharing a bathroom wasn't a big deal.
I didn't like that even though the rooms were non smoking, there was a table right outside our door with an ashtray and a couple times we walked outside someone was smoking right outside our door.

Location was perfect! We walked into town using the cross-walk bridge that crossed over the hot springs and the river. Was great price and the owner was SO friendly and nice. I definitely recommend! We also went to the Iron Mountain Hot Springs which are right around the corner!
The place was great and advertised correctly! The only thing we'd improve is the shower was backed up / not the greatest water pressure but we're not picky. Other than that we're super happy with it!

I liked the spacious 2 rooms that allowed 5 people to have their own bed without breaking the bank.
Driving near the motel with roundabout and additional shoot off streets was very awkward. This motel like all the other hotels/motels in town is very close to roads, so it’s very loud inside the rooms. As I am getting older sleeping on hard hotel mattresses is becoming painful. I can bring my own pillow, but I can’t bring my own mattress.

Great location just of the interstate. Close to many restaurants and hot springs. Loved the Bavarian look of this hotel. Very friendly staff at check in and checking out. We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The 2nd time we stayed they let us check in earlier than expected. Both rooms were lovely and had nice views of the mountains.
On the 2nd time we stayed during the night the shower rod fell down and woke us up. We were able to put it back up ans shower and let the front desk know when we checked out. I wish they had was a hair dryer. But fortunately I did have my own. Also the pillows were to flat and soft for our liking but made it work.
