Quiet, clean, excellent location.

The breakfast was just a bag of candy and doughnuts. There was an obnoxious sign in the breakfast area referring to the pandemic in quotes and implying it isn’t real. The sign went on to explain that that they can’t afford a proper breakfast because of the “pandemic.” However, the hotel was fully booked while we were there. And also, how can a bag of doughnuts and candy be any cheaper than some muffins or waffles? Also, the coffee creamer was just powder. A little half and half would be great. Aside from the obnoxious breakfast this was place was great.

Great last minute place to book for a long drive we were on. We got a good deal on a room late at night and we're able to take a break from driving before continuing on the next day. They had a hot breakfast with all the basics and that was a plus.

The lobby and breakfast room were very nice and they had an elevator.

The carpet in the room need to be replaced, and they were very skimpy on the breakfast, also they didn't have shampoo, or bath soap in the rooms.

The bed was comfortable and the room and hotel smelled clean. Reasonable price. Staff at check in helpful.

Breakfast advertised on booking.com as “eggs bacon sausage potatoes etc.” Instead it was the average pastries, oatmeal, yogurt etc. The person staffing the hotel in the morning was not around during breakfast time except to refill the coffee pot one time, which was empty when I checked it twice in 30 minutes. Pool was closed. Hot tub closed. Location (Limon) has Extremely limited recreational options.Heading there at some point, the arm chair was frayed.

This team went above and beyond and became our life saving guardian angels when they drove to pick our family up and tow our van into town when it broke down ten minutes away. Very kind, caring humans at this location, and we are forever grateful for their help and emergency assistance! Everyone we talked to in Limon was very patient and helpful as well. Kudos for having such a sweet little spot.

Other than the pool being closed, there was nothing not to like.

Pretty much everything was spot on. Kitchen guy was apologetic about getting behind on the egg scrambling but it was busy in the breakfast room.

Nothing.

The front desk girl was very pleasant and accommodating. She explained that due to Covid they couldn’t serve breakfast but had coffee available.

Could use a little more soundproofing between the rooms

James at the front desk was well spoken, and he was very helpful with the tv and some of our needs.

Caulking around toilet could look cleaner, but other than that I would choose a Baymont Inn Again😊

Breakfast was advertised. Juice machine was 'broken '. It was more like a very light snack. Stop using covid as an excuse. Be truthful and just stop stating you offer services you don't.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
