Very clean room, without any pet or smoke odors is always appreciated. No one above us so no one running or stomping around when we were trying to relax but if there was someone above, very respectful. Would stay again. Very well maintained.

Easy-to-access facility, with nearby restaurant options and great parking lot lighting. The breakfast center was also well-managed and tidy. Our room itself was clean and in great shape, with zero complaints for all in-room equipment and furnishings.

Any sort of operable Fitness Center is appreciated, but cleaning products, user temperature/airflow controls make for a much more pleasant experience—I was unable to find a user-accessible temperature and/or fan control here. That said, all exercise equipment seemed to be in working order, so the Fitness Center remains a net-positive experience.

everything was clean & smelled good. breakfast for all of us. dry goods. all carbs & sugar but thats ok. appreciate a bite to eat for 3 kids & ourselves. oatmeal, waffle, fruit, hard boiled egg, bagel cr cheese etc plenty to fill a belly & hit the road. slept good. tv stations were good. hot water, good shower. mini frig & freezer. coffee pot in room i did not try. kids approved of hotel & room.

I was absolutely thrilled with our stay at Microtel Inn and suites. actually I feel they are way under priced. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming their rooms were very clean and there was nothing about this hotel we did not like; they could’ve charged much more than what they’re charging this was an awesome value. I was almost sorry that we weren’t staying longer than one night

Right off I-70, some restaurants, fast foods, gas stations nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Budget friendly rate. It is off the main road so you do not hear traffic. Dog friendly and you can walk the dog uphill, and behind a coffee shop nearby. Staff is very nice. Plenty of Parking spaces.

This is not about the hotel, but hotel guests with dogs have tendency not to pick up their dog's poops on the grass area.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. Good value.

The door to our room needed maintenance as it did not latch properly. Deadbolt and chain worked properly, so safety was not an issue. The lever to control shower vs tub was also broken. Shower worked, so we were not affected. Both were reported upon checkout and the clerk wrote a note to fix.

The beds and pillows. I am usually driving all day when I get to the hotel so being tired the bed is so comfortable and I get a good nights rest. Thank you.

Indoor Heated pool was not warm enough for us which is one amenity that had me book, bathroom sink was very very slow drain we reported to desk

The colors, aesthetic, and faculties were excellent for such a small town. The staff member in charge of breakfast was very attentive and did a wonderful job keeping everything stocked. Eveything was clean. The window seats inside the room were fun and not something you see every day!

The breakfast food selection was lackluster. I would love to see some freshly made hot items like eggs or sausage! I also found the pillows to be too soft and formless to properly support my neck.

I love this hotel! I travel frequently through limon and always book a night at microtel as it's a half way point to my long travels. It is exceptionally clean, the staff are always super helpful and it's so affordable! I highly recommend this mircotel.
