Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I'm in a wheel chair and every one went out of their way to help me and be cheerful. I've come back to Hampton Inn several times just because staff was so exceptional.

The bed was a bit soft for me But please don't exchange it for those very highbeds. Impossible to transfer to from a wheelchair. The door to the room was very heavy and difficult to open from wheelchair. Someone had to let me in every time I went out. Would have liked the blinds to open.

TV was excellent..great programs. I like the Louisville hotels off 36 as they have quick drive to Boulder without paying Boulder prices. Housekeeping folks were very friendly and my bed (king) was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine and reservation process was easy.

There was a short in the bathroom light so it usually wasn't functioning. I reported it twice to front desk but it wasn't repaired (I was there 4 nights). So I moved a table lamp into the bathroom and had light. A few too many potholes in the parking area..really should fill those in. Weekend neighbors were noisy slamming doors shouting in hallway, and screaming kids. Somewhat unappealing.

Nice comfortable beds and very good breakfast.

The facility was dated with old furniture and old carpet, etc, not something I'm used to when staying at a Hampton Inn. Also there was an additional charge of $7 for parking our car which was not stated on the booking details.

A few things were not set out, but when asked staff rectified the situation. (Missing cups for waffle mix, ran out of forks) I think staff was split between desk and kitchenette

Everything was clean, the location was beautiful.

The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance but they're working on it so we couldn't be too upset. $7/night parking was not mentioned when booking.

modern, clean and comfortable. great location to food, restaurant- within walking and a few minutes from bigger shopping.

The staff was very attentive and sweet. They also responded quickly on the Hilton app so I didn't have to call or walk down to the lobby. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Great variety of snacks in the convenience area.

I had dropped something in the bathroom and saw a left over dirty towel between the wall and vanity. I found some hair in a drawer as well.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby and room was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Room needed some maintenance. Shower faucet head was broken (but fully functional) and bath tub didn’t drain well. Bathroom door needed oil cuz it was very squeaky.

Fan in bathroom was not working. Reported to front desk

Was overcharged $20.22. Manager couldn't/wouldn't help. Had to dispute the charge with my Credit Card company.
