The room was exactly like the pictures on the website. Everything was clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is nestled within a quaint little spot that houses a variety of restaurants. There is àlso a grocery store nearby. Breakfast was decent each morning. Staff were excellent. They always offered a warm greeting even when I was simply passing through the lobby.

This wasn't a big issue because I did not bring my family along on this trip. But they only change the towels and bed covering on the 4th day. However, there were enough towels and wash cloths for one person to cover until that point. My stay was for 6 days and 5 nights.

The property is ok. Good. Clean, the staff is alright. they need to provide more water in the common areas as most of the time theater was empty! A little too pricey for what the hotel actually is. Overall it was good.

The water in the common areas was empty all the time. Breakfast could use better selections and more sauces, no ketchup or spicy salsas!

Water wasn’t hot enough for oatmeal preparation. Orange juice is like water on my second day there. Not enough fruit, scrambled egg not tast as it should be.

This hotel is fairly new & has clean rooms & comfortable beds.

The pool was surrounded by beautiful flowers, but unfortunately that meant lots of wasps & bees landing in the pool. We saved at least 50 from drowning, but if they get on you in the pool, they'll sting.

It has been a nice place to stay over the years

Our door was hard to open, the latch was loose, and needed some maintenance. Also, the entrance we came in on the side of the building, the door was broken, so you didn't even need a key to get in! So, our safety and security was compromised...(all people staying here).

The gentleman named Ben went above and beyond to get us settled after a long hard day of moving. He definitely is one of the main reasons for us still staying here

Not much. The manager was a little abrupt but I understand that there are policies but you don't have to be rude.

Staff was nice. Price was good.

Security was poor because several doors did not work with room key. They were broken and many guests propped door open with rocks. Didn't feel safe.

Cleanliness.

The only disappointing thing about your facility was NO bathroom light over the sink area. Only light in shower. Made it challenging to see to apply makeup. Had to go out into the room and use the long mirror where light was so much better. Suggest you add a light in the bathroom. Can't imagine why it was not there in the first place.

it is a very comfortable stay

extra charge for pets ($20) made this a more expensive stay than advertised on Booking. com. when close to 100% of properties in a chain does not have ANY pet charge, it is not acceptable to add on surcharges.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super nice. Everything was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great.I enjoyed having breakfast both mornings which was good as well. The location was great for what I planned to do. I would stay here again.
