Omni Interlocken Hotel

The restaurant was excellent as was the food. We only had breakfast and were lucky enough to have the same server. Her name is Sabrina and she was friendly, happy and attentive. We will try dinner on our next visit!

One teeny tiny thing that I was able to resolve. The bed looked lovely and inviting…however, it was “short-sheeted” once in the bedding only came up to my arm pits :-0. I totally remade the bed.lol. 3ft of sheets were under the mattress. Everything else was perfection.

Wonderful free lobby treats. Pleasant staff at front desk. Beautiful spacious grounds. Smores and popcorn in the evening by the pool.

Pool area was littered with used towels and trash in the evening. Staff chlorinated the hot tub during guest hours at 6 pm! Had to ask for regular coffee pods after room had been restocked.

My entire stay was great right from the start. Your front desk worker, Yuri, was very courteous and kind. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and linens were awesome! The pool and service poolside was perfect. All of the grounds were very nice. Loved the large fireplace on the main level and the firepit outside. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The toilet in my room ran every five minutes and was quite loud. I just kept the door shut and it helped.

Huge call out to Dustin at the front desk! THANK YOU!! And Jacqui at the bar!! My friends and I had an amazing time! We had a full day at the pool and we all said it was the best pool day EVER! Beautiful hotel and grounds. Comfy beds. Definitely need a car to get around. Not a ton of stuff walkable around the hotel. Great time!

pool, massage at the spa, nachos at the bar, drinks at the pool bar (Connor was an awesome bartender and made our drinks like a professional!)

in room 818 the bathroom toilet in our room made a noise every 20ish minutes like the water was running, but it flushed fine. could also hear the hotel elevator during sleep.

What impressed me most was the HOTEL STAFF!! They diligently resolved a pricing issue as our reservations went through Booking.com. And they also were so great about resolving a problem where I stupidly left my checkbook locked in the safe in our room & didn't realize it for approx 2 weeks. They returned calls in a timely fashion & were beyond helpful in getting the matter resolved & getting the check book returned to me. I am sure they were very busy & had more important things to do, but they treated this as a matter of importance until it was resolved, & the item was returned. Thank you to all front desk, management, & house-keeping staff at Denver Omni!!

We were there for a banquet event. It was a very easy and comfortable experience. Our room was very reasonably priced and the hotel atmosphere was classy without being pretentious.

We had a bad breakfast experience at Meritage. I'd stay away from the breakfast buffet. Has a few small issues with the room, but overall was a good experience.

All staff at this hotel were amazing!! They were friendly, helpful, cheerful, and addressed any questions or problems with total speed & politeness. They quickly resolved a pricing issue, and the staff was amazing to help with my stupid mistake of leaving my checkbook locked in the room safe & didn't realize it for almost 2 weeks!! They totally addressed this issue with speed & courtesy. Everyone from the the housekeeping staff at the floor level as well as management level was helpful and courteous. The front desk people were also wonderful. Would definitely return. You don't see this level of service any more.

pools were great. golf course was great. staff very welcoming and helpful. loved the lobby area, very comfortable.

Our room was not clean. dust in drawers, cigarette butts and trash on balcony. Couldn’t see over wall on balcony after paying for balcony with view(2nd fl). Didn’t have a book to tell us about amenities or room service.

I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and pleasure. When visiting my kids at CU, I always stay at the Omni. It is close in proximity, very short drive that is worth it. Nothing compares in the area. The hotel and grounds are amazing. I truly look forward to my stay. Everyone is on top of their game there!
