Interlocken's location is great (15 min to Boulder), close to public transportation, and the resort has a shuttle. The staff is top-notch, friendly, and knowledgeable. Interlocken has beautifully appointed rooms, two huge pools, a hot tub, coffee shop, tap room, and a restaurant that are all on-site and excellent. There are daily activities for kids and guests from yoga and snow cones to movie night by the pool. It is not inexpensive, but you get everything you want or could ever need for that price. Huge pool towels at the pool and a modern workout area. The maid service is excellent every day, all day. Good food and wide selection of craft beers. Oh, they have golf, too! When in Boulder, I will never stay anywhere else. KM

Summer vacation. Late sunset, so Friday Movie Night started late. The volume was still loud till 9:45. Not a deal breaker.

The spa and pool were closed on the last three days of our stay. No prior notice given. We chose this hotel (and have in the past) due to these specific amenities. Unfortunate and very disappointed. Also they are currently updating. Bad paint smell on our floor entire stay. Lastly, our favorite in hotel breakfast/coffee shop was closed. Maybe due to renovation (?)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Also excellent housekeeping. Loved the heated pools. Very relaxing and private. Loved the bar and restaurants at the resort. A very impressive work out area too with a wonderful view

The staff were very courtesy and attentive. Devin our waiter was very polite and friendly. The food was very good at the hotel restaurant. Our room was very nice and the facilities at the hotel were nice as well.

When we first arrived a chair and ottoman had stains in i. However when I contacted the front desk about the stains they immediately moved us to a nicer room and were most apologetic about it.

Pools are awesome! Our room was clean and updated with modern decor. Staff were very friendly and willing to correct anything not right.

Would have liked more transparency on the one restaurant being under construction as well as the pool bar being closed for season. Was just a little disappointed but didn’t ruin our stay.

The staff was excellent, very well behaved and the best part was their parking was free and very easy to get to the parking lot.

Two things I did not like. The first one is the location, it was too far from the attractions and also from the downtown. Next one was the in-room electric ports to connect laptop or charging cables.

Spacious rooms and hotel grounds. We really liked the room decor and layout, especially the little booth and table. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub each day of our stay. They were heated well enough to swim for an hour even with chilly, high winds.

They’re remodeling the front of the building. They hung curtains to hide the mess. Also the rooms could use more lighting. Honestly the remodeling didn’t bother us. But if I had to say something bad that was it.

The restaurant was excellent as was the food. We only had breakfast and were lucky enough to have the same server. Her name is Sabrina and she was friendly, happy and attentive. We will try dinner on our next visit!

One teeny tiny thing that I was able to resolve. The bed looked lovely and inviting…however, it was “short-sheeted” once in the bedding only came up to my arm pits :-0. I totally remade the bed.lol. 3ft of sheets were under the mattress. Everything else was perfection.

The fitness center. The golf course. Outdoor pool dar. Indoor dining restaurants. Overall, just great hospitality. The staff were absolutely top notch as well.

I wish Uber and/or Lyft didn't take so long to schedule a ride. That was extremely annoying, but it's not the Omni's fault.
