The room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good! the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain rod in our room was very high so the shower curtain barely rested on the edge of the tub, so when taking a shower, even the slightest move, would open the curtain at the bottom hence allowing the water to drip all over the floor. After our showers, we had to drop our towels on the floor because there was a sizable puddle of water. Thankfully, the front desk staff were friendly and would have no problems giving us more towels.

Quiet, walk ability to dog park and safe area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious with desks and sofa. Casual bar/restaurant within walking distance. Staff was exceptional when asking for any needs.

Newer property, which is great. Please refill shampoo, soap, conditioner dispensers between guest stays. Only complaint was visible mold in corners of shower and those shower dispensers had mold around them. Triggered my asthma. Empty property trash cans more often for guests. Please repair the broken washer and dryer…long stays need this service. Thank you.

Modern and sleek facilities. The room was spacious and well maintained with a work station and comfortable lounge area. The closet was massive for a room this size. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. Nothing fancy for breakfast, but it was plentiful, convenient, and included.

Being right next to the freeway could be a downside depending on which room you're in. No convenient walking access to anything, though it is an easy short drive to most anything in Parker.

There was a diverse breakfast with items like breakfast burritos, egg sandwiches, fruit & other things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered extra complimentary water. Location was close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

I didn't like that there was no dim lighting to put on at night while sleeping. If I left on bathroom light, there was a huge frosted glass insert that shone the light directly into the room. That made sleeping tough.

Even though covid restrictions limited the hot breakfasts, there were sausage egg cheese biscuits to heat in the microwave, great waffles to toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, instant oatmeal cups, fruit, etc. We were very happy with the variety. Even though it's located in a commercial area, there were many high end apartments/condos close by and it felt very safe to go out to walk. The Cherry Creek Trail for walking and biking was about 1/2 mile away so this was great for walking. There is a 7-11 store a few feet from the hotel to get iced tea before starting my walk. It is 3 miles to a Costco with great bathrooms and cheap iced tea. Then a couple more miles to a Wendy's or McDonalds. 6 mi total.

Nothing. The indoor pool was small, but great.

Breakfast is tasty. The hotel/room continues to be well maintained. The location is easily accessible and quiet. We are pleased with the affordability of this property. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

We had no hand soap available in our room, and the towel supply wasn't adequate. Housekeeping was my least satisfactory component of our stay.

What a great place to stay. Room was large, two queen beds, spacious bathroom, desk with USB charge outlets, speedy wifi. Fitness center and gym were great. Facility was clean! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very quite. Highly reccomend.

Noise from freeway was a bit un-settling. But should not be a deal breaker.

Very nice hotel and outdoor seating areas. The room was comfortable and spacious.I felt safe staying by myself. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room door didn't latch unless it was pulled shut, which I realized when the door had been left unlatched by me and was unlocked all day while I was out. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout. The gentleman I spoke with said he would let maintenance know.

room was dark at entry. a light at the coffee bar, fridge/microwave area would be helpful. had to use our flashlights on our phones to read directions on coffee maker and other things.

What a lucky find! This hotel is located in a great spot for our needs in Parker. We could get everywhere we needed to go very easily and quickly. It is a fairly new hotel and is being well maintained, We greatly appreciated the generous size of our room... great sitting area, wonderful walk-in closet, large desk area, nice coffee bar and refrigerator. The bathroom was one of the nicest we've seen in a hotel...especially in this price range. We plan to stay here when we're next in Parker.

There isn't anything that we could ask to be better other than to have additional towels in the room. We had to ask for additional towels, and they were provided. It wasn't a problem...just something that might be improved. We had only two bath towels...definitely not enough for two of us for two days.
