I liked the size of the room. Had a couch, desk, big fridge, electric stove and pots and pans and cutlery upon request.

Breakfast was just the muffins and coffee. I thought it would've been something bigger/more. They didn't have rolling carts for the luggage and belongings. I also didn't like that the phone in the room didn't work to call and get a toaster, and the phone outside didn't work, which is used to check in during the after-hours. So I had to wait almost 10mins to get help to check in.

Commitment of staff to make sure I had a good stay, even though they were desperately short-staffed. Responded fairly quickly to questions I had regarding room, taking into account how short staffed they were.

Bathroom was sparkling clean. Rest of room was pretty clean, I'd give it a 4/5. The bedding was perfectly fine, but, the floor could have used another going over. Also, if you stay there on a Tues night, don't stay in Room 130: the garbage truck comes in the middle of the night and makes a lot of noise getting the dumpsters emptied, especially with the back-up warning beeping constantly.

I like it here alot teddy the guy in the front desk and his co- workers are great in helping with what me and my family needs .Thank you extended stay for your hospitality while we are staying with you guys .

I like the accomodations

I didn't like that the front desk didn't check in my husband when he saw him the first time. So, when I extended for one more night I went to work, he stayed in the room, front desk told him that he is not register as a second guest and he didn't pay so, he has to leave the room with his suitcase.

The room had a full kitchen you can cook in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The price was awesome!

The bathroom door had scratches all over it, and the sofa was a little torn up. It's still worth the price, though.

Staff, clean, loved kitchen, building seems old but that's not staffs fault, staff is so wonderful they give us a wonderful stay. And my mother is picky! Lol

Need more at breakfast even though we have our own kitchen. Lol

It was always clean and smelled good, the vending machines were always working and filled, the laundry area was nice and machines worked great. The staff was always nice and helpful.

the elevator didn’t work all the time.

The front staff was great! She was helpful, kind, and professional.

On Saturday night there was a party outside our room in the parking lot until about 2am with loud music.

Breakfast??????? Lol never once offered even a coffee. Had to buy my own toilet paper and take out my own trash

Short staffed terribly

WiFi was terrible tried to pay for better WiFi and kept getting an error code

Better WiFi and let’s get the elevator fixed!
