The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was a treadmill and bike available. The other equipment was dysfunctional. Weight room a plus and appreciated. I liked the lemon water and hospitality tray in the lobby. I liked the availability of breakfast between six and 930.

The pool was a little off color for my taste so I didn’t get in it. I think this is just a small chemical adjustment easily corrected. Third floor ice vending machine was broken which in my mind was a plus because I was roomed close to it The property is modest and a little dated but well tended. I appreciate that very much as a traveler.

The rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was amazing allowing us to enjoy a full breakfast regardless of the fact we walked in 5min before closing. She was warm and inviting and didn’t make us feel rushed in any way. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting at check-in and check-out. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed with lots of good pillows, A/C that worked great, excellent shower, quiet location, the best breakfast room ever, with something for everyone. Nice, spacious room on the ground floor, close to where we parked.

The pool was on the warm side, but it was a very hot day, so maybe that was the reason why. It was still fairly refreshing after being outside all afternoon.

Clean and quite. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and a great temperature. Workout center being repaired/remodeled so not user friendly at the time. Stayed here to visit SCF. I was comfortable and safe. I Recommend it.

The manager, Jen, was exceptional. She made sure that all our needs for a family stay were accommodated. Geoff, a front desk person, was equally supportive and friendly. The breakfast host, Robert, was also superb in aiding us with our wonderful full breakfast.....which is worth a lot of bucks nowadays when one considers the price of feeding a family.

could be cleaner. they were short staffed and only had one housekeeper for the whole hotel. you could tell. room could have been cleaner and definitely needs a deep clean

We checked in at about 9pm and there were several other people checking in as well. The employee behind the desk was amazing. quick and efficient. Never stopped smiling. Amazing customer service.

The TV was hard to understand. I liked it when you could hit guide,find something to watch then click on program,bam watching a show and relaxing.

The hot tub was broken however we were still able to sit and relax in the hot tub, the pool area was we'll maintained, clean and plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay and will return for family visit s

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Rachel checked us in and was amazing, she made sure we were taken care of and was the biggest highlight of the stay!
