Breakfast is fantastic! Great location, central to Denver and surroundings. Nice safe neighborhood and surroundings.The staff were all kind and thoughtful (front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff). Special thanks to Wyatt, who made us feel welcome from the first phone call and throughout our stay. Thx to the other front desk staff, too, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

We loved how spacious the room size ended up being. We loved that it had a sofa bed. The hotel restaurant food was very good and priced comparably to restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful meal with family and very good service. The front desk staff was wonderful and tried to fix any issues immediately. They were very friendly and helpful. My husband really liked the fitness room and used it both days of our stay. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Last but not least the breakfast in the mornings gave you alot of choices to pick from and were all good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The bathroom door lock was broken and also wasn't aligned correctly with the jam but they fixed it the next day. The air conditioner wasn't working properly our last night but we were given box fans and it did help us sleep that night. I wish the restaurant had longer hours then 5p-10p and a bit more food choices but enjoyed it none the less.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was awesome and the two ladies working it were champions! The front desk staff was always happy to help and had a genuine smile. The workout room had just the right amount of equipment and the pool was fine for the kids.

This is nitpicking but the patio furniture was in disarray, bar glassware from the night before was left out on the patio tables, garbages in the patio would fill up at night and would not be taken out until the afternoon. The breakfast setup was unbelievably busy and congested.

Breakfast had good options, but ran out quickly as it was busy. Hotel was nice, nothing negative to say, not overly amazing though; but just a good, nice quality/value stay!

Our second day we didn't get room service; we did ask someone to provide us new towels and bedsheets as we had declined sheets the first day - they gave us towels but not sheets. Would've been helpful if we were able to access the side doors with our room key when parked in the back and not having to go all the way to the main rear entrance

Clean. Updated. Quiet in room. Friendly attentive staff. I booked this because reviews said it had a comfy bed. The bed was comfortable. Very important to me. I had all needed amenities. They have little store for snacks and toiletries. Restaurant and bar on site was a plus. Food was average .Overall nice hotel. There is a nice walking trail behind property And you can walk to many stores/restaurants/gas station. But it is a WALK

Fridge in room didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre and selection was scare by 8:30am

It was very clean and loved the interior decor. The room was also very clean, comfortable, quiet and met expectations. The bar had a great atmosphere. The bartender was a delight. She was friendly and did her job well. The breakfast was so good. Loved that I could make my own breakfast burrito.

I didn't like the extra fees on my final bill. I'm not staying there for work, but I'm being charged a convention fee? I had additional fees/taxes which didn't make sense. Because of this I probably won't be staying there again.

Fantastic hotel! We loved everything about this hotel including: The front desk staff were always very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The free breakfast is an amazing value - something for everyone. Hot dishes included eggs, bacon or sausage, and something like french toast or pancakes. There is a selection of cereals, multiple types of milk (soy, 2%, whole, etc.); muffins and bagels; yogurt and fruit. There is also a basket of granola bars that are handy to grab as a snack during the day. And the staff working breakfast were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are incredibly spacious! Our two queen room had plenty of space to walk around the beds (don’t you hate when rooms are so small that one side of the bed is jammed against the wall - not the case here). It also had a seating area large enough for a corner sectional that could easily seat 4-5 people. The bathroom is a nice size. Everything was clean and modern. A lovely lobby area with lots of little nooks for reading or chatting. It’s next to a major highway for quick access to other areas, but the hotel is very quiet inside. It’s across the street from a shopping center filled with several restaurants.

Everything was really nice, clean and comfortable. The kids spent time at the pool and had a blast. Great location. Staff were friendly. Chrome cast was great, most hotels we have been to don’t offer that. Also the cleaning staff were very patient. At other hotels we have stayed at they are beating on the door early in the morning or walking in. We appreciated their patience

When reserving the second day the price went up by $25. No hot tub.

Restaurant only operating at night and with limited menu There was a lazy receptionist almost sleeping at the entry desk (more than once) At floor 6th, even with the AA off, there was a big machine in the building that was turning on/off at night

The breakfast was the main highlight of our stay. The room was sparkling clean. Staff was super friendly and approachable. Pool was super clean and well maintained with a temperature of 84. Our overall stay was very pleasant.

We have used laundry, which is a commercial size, but the performance was not that great. The dryer is timed automatically for 45 min, which could be increased to 60 min.
