The location was great. I felt safe at all times. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Julie was wonderful and helped me out with my walker and the luggage trolley, as well as offering to help me with anything else I needed. The pool and hot tub were open and looked great. My biggest regret was not finding time to get in. I will be back in three weeks and plan to make that a priority. The waffle maker at breakfast makes 4 small waffles instead of one large one. I really like that. The bed was very comfortable for me… far better that the one I sleep in at home.

In the accessible room I was in there was a tub/shower combination so I had to step over the side. I didn’t feel particularly safe doing that. The shower was not handheld so doesn’t really work well for use with a bath chair. Also, the room was a long way from the front desk/entrance. It’s a long walk for someone who has difficulty walking. When I opened the refrigerator in my room there were food items left by a previous guest. The hot food items for breakfast were chicken nuggets and tater tots both mornings and the only fruit option was bananas. There was no butter for the toast/waffles.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The facility was generally nice and clean. The breakfast was decent. Liked the layout of the room. Appreciated the microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, luggage carts, etc. It was in a decent area with plenty of restaurants nearby.

It was a pleasant place to stay. They were understaffed for breakfast and the one worker was trying to take care of a lot of people. They ran out of some of the food and it took her a little while to replenish it because she was alone. The cost seem reasonable but wasn't a bargain. At night, it was a little challenging to find it because GPS took us through the Staples parking lot next door.

Clean, Spotless. The pool was well taken care of and the lobby was inviting. One small Elevator. Nothing bad to say about it either. I had read reviews for this place and was not disappointed. LARGE SPACIOUS ROOMS!!! It is two lights away from the freeway. there is an amazon Locker for deliveries at the 7-11 less than a mile away. Target and many food choices are close by. USB plugs on desk and both bedside tables. The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean. It DID NOT smell and it was just a great place to stay. They only service the room if you request it; and are happy to do so when you ask. You must call for changing out your towels, for which they are prompt and happy to do so. It looked like there was one older woman who was doing all the housekeeping and breakfast work, bless her heart, she was hustling! The wi-fi was free and not bad at all; adequate. We did not use pool and gym but I checked them both out. the gym had cardio equipment as well as weight machines. The pool was very clean, indoors, and did not smell of heavy chlorine. Towels were provided in both locations. They also had a small business area for computer use as well as a meeting room. They have a laundry room with pay machines that is available 24/7 though I did not use. The Breakfast, I had read many reviews about this as well. I had to laugh about all the entries about the serving of Chicken Nuggets with breakfast. I am happy to say, YES! Chicken nuggets for breakfast! They serve an assortment of breakfast fare with undercooked hash browns and they have a waffle station which is fun for kids. an assortment of cereals, Breads for toasting, jams and butter. Yogurts, hard boiled eggs. Milk and Orange Juice as well as coffee. But yes, Chicken Nuggets!!! when I read back, they have been serving these chicken nuggets for a few years. Maybe someone made a mistake and bought 10K bags of bulk Nuggets and they are on "Deep Freeze"! It wasn't a bad breakfast.

The only thing that was off was that Church Ranch Way (the address of the hotel) is a side street off a side street but there is access from the main street on Church Ranch Blvd (main access to the freeway). GPS will take you the long way around through the business park. There are a few hotels in the area so it is not weird that its over here. It is about a 15-20min drive to downtown Denver, depending on traffic. There are no sheer curtains to get privacy in the room but let sunlight in, only black-out curtains, which were awesome for napping! I guess that isn't really that bad though. Its a bit of a distance from downtown Denver BUT... and it's a big BUT... with weekend traffic, it only took about 12-15 minutes to get to the downtown convention center. So again, Great Value.

The location is great. Close to the highway but far enough away to be quiet. The beds are really comfortable and the staff is great.

During our stay the room wasn’t equipped with shampoo etc. I had to run down to the front desk to get some. Also the hairdryer didn’t work so I had to make another run down to the front desk to get one. The breakfast doesn’t provide much for people who are gluten free or eat healthy.

The pool and the hot tub were really nice after a long day. The hotel was quiet and located in a good place which is accessible and near most major cities in Colorado.

Our room wasn’t completely clean. A few areas here and there, we could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When we got there, we thought that the TV and mini fridge didn’t work, but turns out the surge pad they were plugged into had been disconnected from the wall. The AC unit in our room was taken apart and the filter was not attached to the AC. Every time we sat on the bed a loud popping sound would happen. The free breakfast was not amazing, and the only hot foods were hash brown patties and cheap chicken nuggets.

Breakfast was passable for coffee. This location had a pool. That looked nice, though I didn't utilize it.The location was nice, bright,

The breakfast choices were ridiculous! Hot choices: Waffles (don't like) and chicken nuggets (for breakfast?)! There were ripening bananas. I will likely seek out another site to try on a future visit.

The woman working at the front desk was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had a snafu, and our cell had no reception. She allowed us to use hers and to do what we needed to do.

The breakfast did not have enough choices. We often stay in Choice Hotels (ironic!) because breakfast is provided, the rooms are clean, and the beds are usually comfortable.

The room was really clean and spacious. There was lots of lighting, good temp control and the bed was really comfy! Check in staff was great, really friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again when in the area.

The paper products are scratchy one-ply and the building (hallways, elevator) are dated. (But the room had been updated, and no complaints there!)

The front desk employees were great! Especially the daytime lady. (I forgot her name) The atmosphere in the lobby made me feel as if I was checking into a very nice hotel. The pool was clean🙂

The breakfast area did not have any hot food options like scrambled eggs, hash brown, bacon/sausage, etc. On this trip, I also stayed at a quality inn in another city that had a better breakfast. To be fair, they also had a dedicated employee in the dining area.

Very clean from lobby to room. Free breakfast includes a decent selection of options to choose from. Staff was friendly and kept their distance/gave space. Overall was a good stay and at a decent price.

Wouldn't allow me to check in an hour early and was stuck sitting outside with my bags. Otherwise was a pleasant stay....
