it was clean. breakfast was much better than I expected with gluten free options as well as dairy free milk.

the pool was so over-chlorinated that I couldn’t breathe in the pool area. the smell went all the way down the hall and could be noticed as soon as I walked into the property. that pool room needs a more adequate ventilation system.

Location was close to our venue. Parking was free. Breakfast was good.

No shower curtain in bathroom when we checked in. Could not book a room for two nights, had to book each night individually but never changed rooms.

Clean, comfortable, and well located. Quiet. Breakfast service was adequate, but not exceptional. For the first time in many stays, pool and spa were open, and were lovely after a long day.

Breakfast area is crowded. I had to wait for coffee to be replenished both days. Hot breakfast foods weren't of great quality, but the bagels were fine.

the back door was not working from the outside so we parked in the back but had to walk all the way around in the cold. we told the staff and they said they would fox it but never did. Four days stay and the same hot items were offered for breakfast each day. all were prepackaged and not fresh.

Breakfast was well done even though we stayed during the pandemic. In addition, our son left his tablet "hidden" in a drawer by accident. I called and asked the staff to try to retrieve it and hold on to it for us - graciously, they did so and had it ready to go right up front at the desk when we finally got back to the hotel 12 hours later (on our way back home). We SO appreciated them taking the time to do that for us!

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well kept. The folks who facilitate the breakfast really work hard to run a nice operation.

Can’t really say there’s anything I didn’t like about the facility itself. There’s only one ice machine on the first floor but that’s not that serious.

The breakfast was very good. Chad and the other young fellow helped me get on the internet. This was my second stay at Fairfield Inn.

The coffee was available Saturday morning

The pool was cold ice ice cold the jets were spitting out freezing cold water i was sooo upset i couldn't stay in it & i told the lady & all she said was the temp was 75 but the room itself was nice & warm never felt the water there was no way that pool was heated or working properly & should've checked it also the pillows are soo flat & uncomfortable

The room was awesome. Very comfortable beds

The breakfast wasn't up to standards. I never did get the towels i asked for and there were no towels at the pool. We had to reuse our room towels. No hot cocoa for the kids
