Working coast to coast at Amazon facilities, I praise Manchester Inn and Suites for providing immaculate accommodations and multiple amenities while ensuring a safe, pleasant, and stress-free stay. I would be remiss if I didn't emphasize what a difference there is in the cleanliness and freshness of room from other places I have stayed while travelling for business. Manchester Inn and Suites is above and beyond all other accommodations that I have stayed at in 5 states since the pandemic. They make sure you feel like you are HOME😀!

I stayed here for several months while on a travel assignment. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They were just starting up their breakfast again when I left. Staff are always super nice. The beds are very comfortable and you can't beat the price. Location is great too. It's not the Ritz but I would stay again.

The keys! They randomly stop working and you have to go to the desk. There is no resolve to any problem you may have. ( there was no hot water for a day, I specifically booked the suite with whirlpool tub and paid extra only to find an "out of order" sign on the tub) Neither time was I offered any discount or refund in the case of the tub not working. Lights are weird and dim.

I'm homeless with my kids sleeping on a car. This facility is my favorite when I have the money. It's so clean and makes us feel very comfortable compared to other motels. I'd rather come here than anywhere else. Wish I had enough money to stay weekly.

wouldn't.There was nothing to complain about. If I have to pick something it would be that the staff didn't care that we were homeless sleeping in a car with kids, and i asked them to hold a room so I can get my check and pay for it, they don't care n wouldnt. But money talks for everything so.

Lighting in room isn't good. Some don't work at all, others are dim.
